Bye Bye Bill Kristol

George Packer at The New Yorker makes the case for why the New York Times should in essence fire Bill Kristol, i.e. not renew his one year contract. The guy is so out of touch that he's delusional irrelevant. Maybe one day Fox will realize that too. (Hey, let's not lose our sense of humor!)

The Beltway Boys gave Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid a DOWN in the weekly Ups and Downs segment for blocking a vote on the energy bill. Fred Barnes, obviously elated, was amused by the Republican drama staged for voters on Friday evening. He admitted, "It's a stunt but sometimes stunts work."
