Fox Nation Headline Lies About Immigration Bill Giving "Illegal Aliens" The Right To Vote
As has been shown on numerous occasions, Fox Nation is not only a retrograde sewer that seeks to foster divisive base bigotry; but it also misrepresents articles to which it links in order to foster the bigotry. In many cases, the Fox Nation headline has nothing to do with the actual linked article but it is rather an incendiary expression of a right wing talking point that is carefully crafted to produce the requisite mouth breathing, knuckle dragging responses so popular with those good Christians on Fox Nation. Today's explosive headline, "Immigration Bill Gives Illegal Immigrants Full Voting Rights!," is a classic example of this propaganda technique that is straight out of Goebbels. The linked Politico article did not suggest that this would happen because - wait for it - it just isn't true! But truth is a stranger in the strange land of Fox Nation.
Read moreAnn Coulter: Boston Bomb Suspect’s Wife Should Be In Prison For Wearing A Hijab
Meet Fox News’ newest terrorism expert: Ann Coulter. She appeared on the Hannity show tonight to answer the question, as FoxNews.com put it: Suspected bomber’s widow: Did she know? Not that Coulter offered any clues as to the answer but she employed the same brand of wit and insight that led her to joke about killing Meghan McCain not long ago instead. Coulter “quipped” that the widow, Katherine Russell (an American), should have been arrested for wearing a hijab. For her next knee slapper, Coulter “wondered” whether Russell had had a clitorectomy. She must have been fresh out of murder humor.

It was four years ago today that Sean Hannity offered to be waterboarded for charity as proof that it's not torture. And yet, Hannity has weaseled out of taking part in this procedure that he likes to call "dunking." Either Hannity is a bigger coward than we can imagine or else he knows full well waterboarding is torture. Or both.

Brian Kilmeade deliberately upped the Islamophobia this morning when he said to attorney and Fox News contributor Peter Johnson, Jr., "I think that we should be able to put in listening devices in (mosques). Is that possible?" Kilmeade also offered a note of sympathy to New York State Senator Greg Ball who had earlier said that "red-blooded Americans" want to torture Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
Read moreKeith Ablow: Watertown Police Should Have Told Citizens to Exercise Second Amendment Rights
Leave it to Dr. Keith Ablow. In an op-ed column published today, Fox’s favorite Politicized Psychiatrist used the capture of bombing suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev to not only make a pitch for gun rights, but imply that the bombings should motivate everyone in the Boston area to grow a backbone, drop that liberal political correctitude, and go buy a firearm forthwith.

State Senator Greg Ball (R-NY) is in a bit of political hot water for having tweeted on Friday, “So, scum bag #2 in custody. Who wouldn’t use torture on this punk to save more lives?” So, naturally, he got a friendly platform on Fox & Friends to double down on his torture love – by arguing that most people agree with him. Host Gretchen Carlson seemed as though she were trying to hold back and hide her disapproval.
Read moreFox Now Using Boston Marathon Bombings To Go After Eric Holder (Again)
You can check off the “witch hunt against Eric Holder” as the latest political agenda Fox is trying to work into the Boston Marathon bombings. How else to explain hosting a victim of the Fort Hood shootings, pretending he’s an expert on terrorism and prosecuting terrorists and then goading him into attacking Attorney General Holder as being soft on terror?
Read moreFox's "The Five" Uses Gosnell Trial To Push Anti-Abortion Agitprop, Smear Pres. Obama As Infanticide Supporter
As a show that is unabashedly anti-abortion, it's not surprising that those on "The Five" promote anti-abortion lies and propaganda. Such is the case with their newfound outrage over an alleged media "blackout" of the trial of a Philadelphia doctor who performed illegal late term abortions. Not content with the publicity that this case has received, the anti-abortion lobby is trying to shame the media into more coverage in order to promote the meme that Gosnell's hideous clinic is the norm for abortion clinics and thus provide fodder for their campaign to end abortion. Fox News wasted no time in covering this faux outrage which was promoted, in part, by Fox's anti-abortion liberal Democrat (?!) Kirsten Powers."The Five" jumped on board after not having mentioned the trial at all. They followed this up with more anti-abortion agitprop including the Fox enabled lie that President Obama supports the kind of abortions performed in a clinic that is clearly not representative of America's abortion providers. If there is any doubt that Fox "News" is a conduit for those whose policies would create lots more Gosnell's, this show should dispel it.

This week, conservatives have pointed to the Boston Marathon bombings manhunt to advocate against Massachusetts’ gun restrictions. So it was no surprise that Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace picked up their talking points and used them in an interview with gun-safety advocate Senator Dianne Feinstein today. Feinstein nicely smacked down the argument.
Read moreFox’s Peter Johnson, Jr. ‘Devastated’ Obama Called For Restraint And Caution In Wake Of Boston Bombings
Fox’s Tucker Carlson and Roger Ailes mouthpiece attorney Peter Johnson, Jr. didn’t just attack President Obama for urging Americans “not to rush to judgment” in the wake of the Boston bombings. The two chickenhawks suggested it’s downright unpatriotic not to immediately ratchet up suspicions against Muslims nor immediately call for the death penalty against bomb suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
