On yesterday’s Fox News Sunday, Republican Senator Kelly Ayotte accused President Obama of basing his military strategy against ISIS on the upcoming midterm elections and that he’ll abandon the fight once the election is over.

On today’s Fox News Sunday, Chris Wallace “just asked” what the chances are that some illegal immigrants will carry the Ebola virus with them when they “come over our porous southern border." 

Andrew Sullivan nailed Fox News a few days ago. What he saw is an America where the Bush/Cheney years are not just coming back, but never really ended in the first place. It's hard to disagree.

Bill O'Reilly seems to have an obsession with the "liberal" Ivy League, particularly any activity that has to do with - wait for it - sex which in Bill's traditional, Catholic, and very twisted mind is very decadent indeed. And when these schools have activities related to dirty sex, Bill sends out his creepy stalker, Jesse Watters whose dirty sex talk with coeds allows Beavis & Butthead Watters and O'Reilly to mentally masturbate during the ain't it awful follow up discussion to Watters edited videos. Since 2005, when Watters crashed the Brown U "sexpowergod" party, O'Reilly and Watters have targeted Brown for Bill's patented brand of lies, smears, and sexual innuendo. Last year, O'Reilly provided titillation with totally skewed coverage of Brown's, tee-hee,"nudity week." When Brown pushed back on Watters reportage, O'Reilly claimed they did so out of fear. Friday night, O'Reilly and Watters provided an update on "sexpowergod" and, tee-hee, "nudity week."  And just as he did in 2005 and 2013, he lied. The more things change???? 

On today’s Cashin’ In, “business” host Eric Bolling wasn’t content to just fear monger about Ebola. He made a special effort to suggest that the “dangerous virus” of liberalism might kill us all, too.

Last night, Bill O’Reilly demanded President Obama bar the door to West Africans in a ridiculous, but politically expedient, argument that this will protect us from the non-existent threat of Ebola. He also disingenuously suggested that President Obama’s failure to do so is out of some kind of allegiance to Africa over America.

Fox News just gushes over patriotic and/or Christian students who take a stand against the godless establishment. Elisabeth Hasselbeck was effusive in her praise for public high school cheerleaders who, in defiance of a ban on public prayer, led the crowd in pre-game Christian prayer. Her curvy couch predecessor, Gretchen Carlson, praised conservative students who, in defiance of a ban on loud outbursts at the Lincoln Memorial, kept singing the National Anthem after being told to stop. Gretch was effusive in her love for a college student who, in defiance of school policy, hung a US flag from is dorm room. But Gretch doesn't seem to have the same affection for CO high school students who are protesting their right wing school board's decision to whitewash (pun intended) history in order to inculcate patriotic values. In keeping with Fox Fiver Dana Perino's admonition to those who don't like the Pledge of Allegiance to amscray, Gretch offered the same advice.

President Obama called out Fox News during his speech yesterday. Once again, those tough talkers over at Fox News can’t take out even a fraction of what they dish out.
