Fox News Outrageous Quote Of The Week Poll – 4/13-4/19/14

We've got another tough poll here. Last week was full of Fox News outrageousness about the Bundy ranch conflict, Vladimir Putin, the "war on Easter," Barack Obama "benefitting" from being black - along with outrageousness about pot, NASA and more! Which was THE most outrageous? The choice is up to you, dear readers. UPDATED

And the nominees are:

Ainsley Earhardt: “Has Easter evolved into an occasion to demean religious beliefs and Christianity?”

Elisabeth Hasselbeck: “Is the White House sending the wrong message about pot?”

Elisabeth Hasselbeck: “When it comes to religious holidays, should atheists have equal opportunity?”

Dennis Michael Lynch, referring to Cliven Bundy and his supporters, on the Kelly File: “I look you in the eyes and I know who you are. I looked those people in the eyes. They’re for real.”

Brit Hume: “Both Eric Holder and Barack Obama have benefited politically enormously from the fact that they are African-American. ...(T)o those two men race has been both a shield and a sword that they have used effectively to defend themselves and to attack others.”

Donald Trump, gushing over Vladimir Putin: “Well, he’s done an amazing job of taking the mantle, and he’s taken it away from the president, and you look at what he’s doing and so smart when you see the riots in a country because they’re hurting the Russians, OK, we’ll go and take it over, and he’s really going step by step by step and you have to give him a lot of credit. Interestingly on the Miss Universe Pageant, we just left Moscow. He could not have been nicer. He was so nice and so everything, but you have to give him credit that what he’s doing for that country in terms of their world prestige is very strong.”

Bundy supporter Richard Mack, revealing plans to deal with federal law enforcers: “We were actually strategizing to put all the women up in the front. If they were going to start shooting, it’s gonna be women that are gonna be televised all across the world getting shot by these rogue federal officers.”

Sean Hannity: “(T)his is America’s only conservative news hour.”

Sean Hannity ratcheting up hostility toward federal law enforcers as he spoke to Cliven Bundy’s son: “Do you worry that in fact they may kill either your Dad or somebody in your family?”

Greg Gutfeld, pretending to envy those who don’t have to pay federal income tax: “I don’t blame them, I envy them. A tax form to them is like a coupon for Head and Shoulders if you’re bald. This is how dependence works, big government is grand if you don’t feel its hand.”

FoxNews.com: "Why Cliven Bundy should continue his fight, no matter what."

Ralph Peters: “President Obama believes you can negotiate with cancer tumors. He is a fool and a weakling and sanctions could have hurt.”

David Asman, after a guest compared NASA to Tony Soprano: “(F)orgive us Tony Soprano because you know you’re much better than they ever were.”

Richard Mack, for reminding everyone that women and their lives are of no value whatsoever to conservatives, other than for political and religious reasons.

Ted Schade stole my thunder. I was going to say that his is the new TeaBagger/Minuteman definition of “women and children first”. Put them in the front lines. My vote for Mack with that demented fossil Hume a close second.

I went with Brit Hume who has financially benefited greatly by being a senile old white guy on a network that matches the viewers who find themselves in the same condition.

Birther Boy Donnie. He is still angry over the verbal slapdown our President gave him at the White House Correspondents’ dinner two years ago. Can you imagine if Birther Boy had uttered such treason during the Dumbya Bush years? He would be in Gitmo getting some of that Dickhead Cheney-approved waterboarding.
