Fox News' Happening Now show revealed its disdain for Hispanics when it aired B-roll footage of illegal border crossings during a segment about "The Hispanic Vote in 2012."

Glenn Beck might be gone from Fox News; but his borderline white supremacist views and paranoia are being kept alive, on the "fair & balanced" network, by Bill O'Reilly whose "vaguely racist spew" on election night included the comment that the *"white establishment is the minority." This was followed by the assertion that those who voted for Obama did so because they "want things." While Bill claimed that he wasn't targeting any "ethnic group," there were some that heard the vaguely racist dog whistle, such as the posters on the white power website, Stormfront, who gave kudos to Bill for his incisive analysis. Nice to see Bill expanding his fan base.
Read moreCavuto Flaunts His Elitist Disdain For 47% of Americans
Neil Cavuto sounded a lot like Mitt Romney redux a few days ago as he argued with Dennis Van Roekel, president of the National Education Association after his meeting with President Obama about the approaching “fiscal cliff.” Cavuto made it clear he thinks the rich are getting hosed by the 47% of Americans who pay no income taxes and that what’s really fair is to cut their services so as not to impose upon the Deserving Ones even more.
Read moreTMI? Dennis Miller's Victoria's Secret Fetish!
Dennis Miller provides Bill O'Reilly's audience with weekly snarlfests during which the washed up comedian opines on all sorts of stuff. Last night, O'Reilly asked Miller about the Chick fil-A controversy. That it is old news was no problem for Miller who seemed to think that the reaction of the LGBT community to the homophobia of Chick fil-A's president was silly and indicative of "what's happening in America." He sneerinly proclaimed that if wants to go to "lunch and munch of piece of clucker, I gotta wonder if the guy in the front office is a breast man or let's say a wingman." Ewww, I know. But the ewww factor got even worse when the conversation turned to how Dennis Miller selects his wife's lingerie.

Check out Joe Muto's latest dish about Fox News. He talks about how those at Fox News know that it's "kind of a farce" and all about "selling a product" that increases ratings. He also mentions a couple of Foxies who, he thinks, might be just playing a role. His analysis of Hannity and O'Reilly, regarding who is the real "hack" is interesting. Video available at HuffPost.

Fox Compares John Kerry To Benedict Arnold
Fox News election sour grapes: John Kerry Swift Boat Edition. It seems like those Foxies are figuring that if their guy can’t win, why not make Obama’s second term as miserable as possible? Read moreGen. David Petraeus Scandal Hannity’s Latest Excuse To Talk Impeachment
There he goes again. Sean Hannity hasn’t finished salivating over using Benghazi-Gate as a cause for impeaching President Obama and now he’s lusting (pardon the pun) over using the Petraeus sex scandal as another excuse.
Read moreAdam Carolla & Bill O'Reilly Trash Elizabeth Warren
When it comes to misogyny and right wing talking points, Bill O'Reilly and "comedian" Adam Carolla were joined at the hip and separated at birth. Their loathing of women who speak truth to power was reflected in their denigration of Sandra Fluke who dared to speak out against a patriarchal system that just doesn't understand why women can't accept their role as silent brood mares. Last night, during the "Rolling with Carolla" segment, the misogynistic towel snapping was directed towards MA Senator-elect Elizabeth Warren whose reality based comment about a "rigged" system has incurred Carolla's wrath. While O'Reilly was gentler in his treatment of Warren, it was clear that he was mocking her heritage in the same way that her opponent, Senator Scott Brown did. Unlike Carolla and O'Reilly, Massachusetts voters aren't threatened by strong women. She's a winner. They're so not.
Read moreHannity Doesn't Endorse Secession Himself, but Does Give Platform to Texas Secessionist
It figures that Fox News would pick up on the secessionist movement among people who are very, very upset at Obama’s second victory. According to a Daily Caller article, re-posted on the Fox Nation, the White House has received secession petitions from every state in the union. Texas seems to be at the forefront; this somewhat grammatically challenged petition had nearly 100,000 signatures last time I looked. Last night, Daniel Miller, President of the Texas Nationalist Movement, was Hannity’s guest to explain why (H/T Mediaite - sorry, can't find the video on Fox yet).
