Former “southern” insects & mammals are being seen in ever larger numbers right up to what used to be Canada’s permafrost line. And the melting of permafrost has led to one abandoned northern mine having refrigeration equipment installed to prevent melting tailings contaminating the local groundwater. The final cost of global warming is becoming bizarre.
