After the epic confrontation between Megyn Kelly and Newt Gingrich last night over Donald Trump, the candidate could not resist grabbing some of the limelight today.

You know Elizabeth Warren’s “nasty woman” rallying cry for Hillary Clinton must have been effective because yesterday, Fox News’ Outnumbered show spent four minutes whining about it.

Megyn Kelly and Newt Gingrich had a very nasty confrontation over Donald Trump. Gingrich, of all people, accused her of being “fascinated with sex," meaning she spent too much time covering accusations of sexual assault against Trump. She told him to “take your anger issues and spend some time working on them.” 

Fox News anchor Bill Hemmer probably revealed more than he intended to today when he acknowledged that it’s “good news” for Republicans (and to Fox News viewers) if whites vote more and blacks vote less.

Last night, Sean Hannity went full National Enquirer with a “bombshell” about Bill and Hillary Clinton that even Fox News wanted nothing to do with. And even the star of his two-part, 17-minute interview shot down almost all the salacious details Hannity hyped.

A softball interview obviously designed to help their man Donald Trump appeal to women was not enough for Fox host Steve Doocy. He inquired hopefully of Trump’s daughter-in-law, “When are you going to drop” an “October surprise” about Hillary Clinton? 

The three Fox & Friends cohosts were in for a rude awakening yesterday when they tried to coopt Martin O’Malley into attacking Hillary Clinton and the “rigged” process that got her nominated. Instead, O’Malley shredded Donald Trump so thoroughly that the cohosts were obviously dumbfounded and flummoxed.
