Fox & Friends Double Standard? 'Indecent' T-Shirts V Sports Illustrated Swimsuits!
As I have often said, Fox & Friends is the place where Jesus and T&A peacefully co-exist. And that's because the curvy couch Christians know that Christian men have their man needs which, on Fox & Friends, are met with Victoria's Secret models, Hooters girls, and swimsuit models. Last week, in a stunning example of the - uh - the wide range of content on Fox & Friends, Elisabeth Hasselbeck interviewed a Utah mom who bought $567 worth of "indecent" T-shirts rather than allow them to be displayed in a store window where innocent young eyes could see them. During the same week, the morning family values krewe interviewed a couple of Sports Illustrated swimsuit models and, as a visual aid, showed the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition cover which featured a copious amount of bodacious bootay, if you know what I'm saying. Something for everyone on Fox & Friends!
Read moreFr. Jonathan Morris Causes Fox & Friends Propaganda Fail?
As Tim Dickinson wrote, in Rolling Stone, Fox & Friends is "the morning happy-talk show that Ailes uses as one of his primary vehicles to inject his venom into the media bloodstream." So I don't know if official Fox priest, Fr. Jonathan Morris, didn't get an advance copy of the script or if he was just being a tad rebellious (in need of discipline?!) but, for the second time since the beginning of the year, the little propaganda priest didn't go with the propaganda flow! In January, he didn't agree with what appeared to be Fox's message regarding a brain dead teen. Yesterday, he didn't seem to be following the scripted Fox misrepresentation of a humorous and innocuous story, about a US Olympic half-pipe gold medalist, which Fox was clearly intending to use to bash the librul media as being anti-family and anti-Christian. Propaganda fail?!
Read moreFLASHBACK: Ted Nugent's Draft Dodging History
With Ted Nugent so much in the news lately, there has been a lot of interest in our 2007 post in which we published Nugent's Selective Service record. Not only did the tough-talking, gun-loving "patriot" avoid serving his country in a war when he had the chance, there's a very real possibility he lied to avoid doing so. Funny how Fox doesn't seem very interested in that, isn't it?

If you watched any Fox News the last few days, you probably know about their hysterical outrage at the 2014 FCC study. The way they went on about it, one would think that this was a smoking gun proving Obama-run Tyranny. However, in the midst of their obsessive fear mongering, they left out a few facts and contexts. Let’s run through it.

We’ve got a short poll for you this week but I think you’ll agree that quantity does not equal quality when it comes to Fox News outrageousness. Time to get your voting fingers ready, dear readers!

“Objective” Chris Wallace joined Sean Hannity in making the unrest in Ukraine and Syria about President Obama. Wallace was slyer about it, of course. He honed in on comments he almost surely guessed his Republican guest would make, then suggested she expand upon it by “just asking” whether Obama might have contributed to the problems there and with Iran. Guess what she answered?

Read moreMegyn Kelly, Hate Group Leader Attack Freedom From Religion Foundation: They Hate The Bible!
Fox News head honcho Roger Ailes feels that "the clear-and-present danger confronting America is secularism" and that "efforts to drive religion from the public square" are comparable "to a wall threatening to cut America off from its Judeo-Christian roots." His belief that Christianity is under siege would account for Fox's steady parade of stories about godly persecuted Christians and evil atheists who are out to destroy our alleged "Christian nation." Thus, on Fox, Christian 1st Amendment groups are lauded while those groups who seek to maintain the constitutional "wall of separation" are denounced. One such group is the Freedom From Religion Foundation which has earned the wrath of Fox for its attempts to defend the constitutional "establishment" clause. And now that they scored a victory, in getting a publicly funded college to remove Gideon bibles from a school sponsored hotel, the Christian right is upset and turning to Fox News which, judging from Megyn Kelly's warm affirmation to homophobic hate group leader, Tony Perkins, didn't disappoint!

While even Fox News is now condemning Ted Nugent’s abhorrent attack on President Obama, there’s at least one of their contributors enthusiastically standing behind The Nuge: Sarah Palin.
Read moreGot Irony? Bill O'Reilly Attacks 'Salon' Because Writer 'Smeared' Him!!
Bill O'Reilly has perfected the fine art of the Fox News fatwa which includes a relentless personal attack on Dr. George Tiller, a safe and legal abortion provider, even after Tiller's assassination. America's pastor (or is it mullah?) in chief has absolutely no qualms about attacking anybody with whom he doesn't agree. Frequently, in order to make these folks' lives miserable, he sends out his stalker/producer to harass them. On occasion, these folks get death threats. O'Reilly can give it; but he certainly can't take it as evidenced by his admonition to ignore "guttersnipes" and his seemingly paranoid screed about "enemies." So ya gotta laugh uproariously out loud over O'Reilly's latest bit of umbrage over how a "Salon" writer lampooned his commentary on the Jimmy Kimmel show. It appears that while O'Reilly can talk the talk about critics, he can't walk the walk!
