Greg Gutfeld and Megyn Kelly: Crazy Gets A Pass When Liberals Do It
If there are three things Fox News has absolutely no standing to complain about, it’s bias, insanity, and passes on inexcusable behavior. But leave it to Greg Gutfeld and Megyn Kelly to seize on an incident of anti-tar sands activists who visited the home of Enbridge VP Mark Maki, and use it as an excuse to smear all liberals as enablers of over-the-top protests - and that includes the mainstream media, too. As, of course, Gutfeld and Kelly very conveniently ignored the extremist behavior of some conservatives not infrequently welcomed to the Fox News airwaves.

Read moreOn Fox & Friends: Banning Fox News At Medical Center Is 'Like China'
Crank up the faux Fox outrage machine! Todd Starnes (aka "Toddles") has OMG exposed a truly outrageous affront to the "fair & balanced" network. After having been contacted by yet another anonymous right wing crank whistle blower, Starnes revealed that OMG a Michigan health care center, funded by federal tax dollars, has banned Fox news from the TV's in its waiting rooms. To add insult to injury, the woman who issued the edict, who will now be subject to nice Christian harassment at the hands of outraged Fox fans, told Starnes that she wanted a "positive experience" for patients in the waiting rooms. As with many of Starnes' histrionic hit pieces, this egregious insult to Jesus' very own network made it over to the TV side of things where, on this morning's Fox & Friends, the gang on the curvy couch just couldn't believe that this type of commie censorship was happening!
Read moreFox’s Andrea Tantaros Just Loves Her Income Inequality In America
Fox’s The Five discussed income inequality in typical Fox News fashion yesterday: by smearing those with a different point of view and playing the victim at the same time. Co-host Andrea Tantaros, who thinks she’d “look fabulous” living on a food stamp diet, summed it up when she likened those who want to address income inequality to “poverty pimps,” “rat catchers” and pickpockets.

If you caught any of Shepard Smith’s reporting on his lunch at the White House the day of President Obama’s State of the Union address, you’ll know that Stephen Colbert’s mockery of it last night was spot on.
Read moreMike Huckabee Urges Viewers To Contact Screen Academy Re 'Yanked' Christian Film
While Fr. Jonathan Morris is the Fox liaison between the US Conference of Catholic Bishops and Fox News' conservative Catholic viewers, Mike Huckabee provides the same connection between evangelical Christianity and Fox's other principal religious demographic, the Protestant religious right. Thus, it's not surprising that Huckabee would be part of Fox's ongoing propaganda-thon (five shows in total) regarding the rescinding of an Oscar nomination for a song from an evangelical Christian movie. The religious right are positively apoplectic because this song was (to use the Fox lexicon) "yanked" after the songwriter broke the Oscar rules by lobbying the Oscar's branch members on behalf of his song. Last Saturday, Huckabee interviewed the song's singer who was also interviewed on this week's Kelly Files. It was pretty much same old, same old propaganda with a little community organizing thrown in for good measure.

Now that the season of ruining Christmas has passed, and it's still too early to start undermining Easter, Fox News Scrooges have set about using Valentine’s Day to further divide the country and ramp up hostility. The target this morning? A public school in New Jersey apparently ruining kids’ lives by making sure they all get Valentines.
Read moreStephen Colbert Auctions Off His Bill O’Reilly Microwave Oven
Last night, Stephen Colbert hilariously mocked Bill O’Reilly’s continual hyping of his Super Bowl interview with President Obama - including, now, the auctioning off a signed copy of the interview notes. So Colbert has come up with his own auction: “the actual microwave oven I stole from Bill O’Reilly’s green room. …I had to folks because this carousel technically makes this a Spin Zone. That’s against the O’Reilly constitution.”
Read moreDennis Miller Discusses ‘Job Lock’ By Making Sexist Attacks On Nancy Pelosi And Sandra Fluke
As far as Bill O’Reilly and his “comedian” pal Dennis Miller are concerned we could all be locked into jobs we hate just because we need the health insurance. Better the rest of us should all suffer than those two one percenters should pay a little more in taxes. Or thnk they might have to. That alone, speaks volumes about their (lack of) character. But not content to leave it there, Miller embarked on a series of childishly personal and sexist attacks on Nancy Pelosi and Sandra Fluke.

Sean Hannity didn’t want to discuss the actual issues behind the huge protest in North Carolina last weekend organized, in part, by the NAACP. So instead, he put his special brand of racial sensitivity on display by ignoring the racial issues being protested and embarrassing and smearing the NAACP as racists. Classy.
