Watch Kirsten Powers Shred Attempt To Turn NYPD Shooting Into Watergate
Bravo to Fox News Kirsten Powers for magnificently smacking down The O’Reilly Factor attempts to blame the murder of two NYPD officers on Mayor Bill de Blasio. When Fox’s Monica Crowley likened the shootings to Watergate and de Blasio to Nixon – well, you should see how Powers reacted.

Today, on On The Record, Kimberly Guilfoyle tossed to Griff Jenkins, live with New York City protesters, out protesting the death of Eric Garner at the hands of the NYPD. Unfortunately for Jenkins, Guilfoyle and the Fox fans (but fun for the rest of us), the protesters made their feelings about Fox loud and clear.

Fox affiliate WBFF in Baltimore aired a video of protesters at a “Justice for All” rally in Washington, D.C. The affiliate claimed that the protesters were shouting, “Kill a cop.” WBFF even aired a video edited to make it sound that way. But an unedited video makes it quite clear the protesters were saying something else entirely. UPDATED

Fox psychiatrist Dr. Keith Ablow joined the Outnumbered show today to add his Obama-hating perspective to the other Democrat-bashing presented as Fox News analysis of the NYPD officer shootings. Sure enough, Ablow’s long-distance psychoanalysis of Obama outdid the co-hosts in inflammatory poison.

If a credible mental health clinician (not Keith Ablow) were to do a psych evaluation of Bill O'Reilly, he or she might determine that Bill O'Reilly has a narcissistic personality disorder. According to the DSM IV, a standard for diagnosis and treatment, O'Reilly fits a number of the characteristics for this mental health disorder, especially "living in a dream world" of exceptional success including power. The delusion of great power is nowhere more apparent than in O'Reilly's belief that he has personally saved Christmas, a belief that O'Reilly regularly asserts despite the absurdity of the claim. So as sure as God causes the tides to go in and out, O'Reilly was back, this year, for the same old, same old self serving lie.

Bill O’Reilly does not think New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is responsible for the shooting deaths of two NYPD police officers over the weekend. No, O’Reilly just thinks de Blasio is the “true villain” who should “resign today.” And one of those reasons is that de Blasio was looking out for his son by having ‘The Talk” in the years before he became mayor. This from the guy who keeps lecturing African Americans about having stronger families.

Sean Hannity has cut short his vacation to race bait, I mean discuss the NYPD shootings tonight. Predictably, Hannity is featuring not just an all-white lineup but an all-white lineup of people who have shown antipathy toward African Americans. But the producers will undoubtedly throw a liberal or two in the mix somewhere. If that liberal doesn’t say the name “Cliven Bundy” and demand Hannity’s accountability for those police shootings, then they have no business being there. The name “Dr. George Tiller” would be a good addition, too.

While Fox & Friends is ostensibly a happy morning chat show, it is, as described in a Rolling Stone article, one of Roger Ailes "primary vehicles to inject his venom into the media bloodstream." Much of that venom is reserved for our educational system which, according to Fox & Friends, is a veritable bastion of liberal, commie pinkos. Thus, Fox & Friends is always willing to provide warm support for conservative students and professors who fight the Marxist power. Last week, Steve Doocy validated a conservative professor who wasn't, as Doocy claimed, "suspended" from Marquette. Today, Doocy was back with a persecuted conservative student who obviously doesn't think that liberal professors should have the same free speech that conservatives are supposedly being denied.

Yesterday, Fox News Sunday's Chris Wallace discussed the Sony hack attack with a Republican guest, only. But as if that wasn’t enough GOP perspective, Wallace threw in some more, phrased in the form of a question.
