Why Do You Think Fox Nation Closed Comments For ‘N-Word In The White House’ Article Post?

Posted by Ellen · July 07, 2014 4:18 PM · 5 reactions

Fox Nation just couldn't resist covering the article about a Greenwich Village community newspaper with the provocative title, "The N***** In The White House." The article is actually pro-Obama. As Fox Nation explains, the article "criticizes what it calls the anti-black 'racism' of far-right voters." But Fox Nation, while feigning shock, also threw out a bit of race bait with its own headline: "Obama Called The N-Word In Newspaper Headline." Which is pretty ironic, considering how Fox Nation readers love the n-word.

Liz Cheney: To Liberals, ‘Abortion Rights Trump Everything Else’

Posted by Ellen · July 07, 2014 2:45 PM · 6 reactions

Liz Cheney was back on Fox News Sunday yesterday, blaming President Obama for all the ills in Iraq and giving Daddy “no doubt Iraq has WMDs” Dick Cheney a complete pass. Afterward, the discussion turned to the Hobby Lobby and Wheaton Supreme Court rulings. Cheney showed just the kind of sympathy and compassion toward women denied contraception coverage that you'd expect.

'Princeton Mom' Performs On Fox & Friends Feminist Bash-a-palooza

If there were theme music for Fox & Friends, it would be "let's do the time warp again" as it's clear that this happy chat show truly wants to bring us back in time to when women's happiness was secondary to that of their husbands. But women have come a long way, baby, and that doesn't set well with the American right who see feminism as the reason why women are so uppity. So as the echo chamber for these backward time travelers, Fox & Friends hosts feminist bashers like Suzanne Venker who thinks that because of the influence of those man hating feminist bitches, women are not being properly submissive to their husbands. In a effort to teach you gals how to behave properly, Fox & Friends has also glommed onto the "Princeton Mom" who thinks women should go to college to find a husband and then settle down into a life of domesticity. This morning, she was on the curvy couch for more feminist bashing and good advice on how to please your man!

Global Warming? Fox News Predicts A New Ice Age!

Posted by Brian · July 06, 2014 5:46 PM

Fox’s favorite climate skeptic, Joe Bastardi – a meteorologist, not a climate scientist – visited the Your World show last week where he insisted the planet is getting colder, not warmer. Host Neil Cavuto gave him a seal of approval by saying he’d believe Bastardi over the consensus.

On Fox & Friends: Suzanne Venker Defends Men's Rights Misogyny While Clayton Morris Defends His!

Posted by Priscilla · July 06, 2014 4:08 PM · 3 reactions

Despite the best efforts of those who seek to maintain the male power structure, women have been, as the song goes, "doing it for themselves." But this progress created a serious backlash from those who seek to maintain the male patriarchal power structure, the demise of which was lamented by Bill O'Reilly. The backlash, documented by Susan Faludi in 1991, continues today with constant attempts to role back reproductive freedom and resistance to equal pay. And, in the alternate reality of the right wing, there is no war on women. Rather, it's nasty feminist bitches who are making life miserable for American men - a position promoted by Fox News hosts who validate those who say that it's the women who are intolerant. So who better to articulate this position than anti-feminist Suzanne Venker who, on Fox & Friends, once again attacked feminists and in so doing, defended those who think rape is just a feminist fabrication. Nice

Fox Panelist Celebrates Harris V. Quinn Ruling By Calling Unions ‘Fascist Parasites’

Posted by Brian · July 06, 2014 2:31 PM

Fox host Eric Bolling opened a discussion of the Supreme Court’s recent Harris v. Quinn ruling by saying, “The Supreme Court ruling home health care workers in Illinois can’t be forced to pay union fees if they’re not in a union. Jonathan, this could be good for all workers, yeah?”

Forbes On Fox Observes July 4th By Urging ‘Independence’ From Health Insurance ‘As We Know It’

Posted by Brian · July 05, 2014 11:58 PM

The Forbes on Fox show observed the July 4th holiday today by promoting the idea that we all become “independent” from ObamaCare and employer-provided health insurance. In his introduction, host David Asman said, “As our nation celebrates its independence, why not set all Americans free by ending health care insurance as we know it, government and private?"

Dr. Keith Ablow's World Cup Conspiracy Theory Wins Our Outrageous Quote of the Week Poll

Dr. Keith Ablow's suggestion that interest in the World Cup Soccer was some kind of Obama-friendly media plan to distract Americans from the real problems of the world was not just outrageous, our readers voted it the Fox News Outrageous Quote of the week.

On Fox & Friends: Larry Gatlin Says Pres. Obama America Hating 'Doofus'

Posted by Priscilla · July 04, 2014 7:22 PM · 10 reactions

When it comes to patriotism, nobody wears the red, white, and blue better than those on Fox & Friends. In the words of Lee Greenwood's paean to patriotism, the kids on the curvy couch are proud to be Americans - unlike some nasty liberals who, according to a new Pew Poll, do not meet the Fox standards of blind jingoism. So who better to discuss this egregious lapse in nationalistic devotion than Larry Gatlin, the washed up former country music star who debuted his anti-Obama protest song, "The Beatings Will Continue," on Mike Huckabee's show. He's no stranger to Fox & Friends where, in 2011, he spoke about his Christmas song which was about how Muslims were trying to hurt the baby Jesus. This week, he was back on Fox & Friends where he treated the audience to a bizarre rant about how - wait for it - Pres. Obama is to blame for the decrease in patriotism.
