When tragedy strikes, Fox News' first thoughts go to how to use it against its political foes. Shame on them.

Hannity's Even Sleazier Attempt To Make Prince Andrew Sex Scandal About Clinton

Posted by Ellen · January 07, 2015 12:20 AM · 9 reactions

It wasn’t easy but Sean Hannity outdid Megyn Kelly in dishonestly making the Prince Andrew underage sex scandal about Bill Clinton. Just like Kelly, Hannity did it without a lick of evidence to show Clinton’s involvement! He did, however, have Ann Coulter.

Kelly And Stirewalt Dishonestly Make Prince Andrew Sex Case About Bill Clinton

Posted by Ellen · January 06, 2015 6:36 PM · 2 reactions

There are lots of salacious details in the lawsuit alleging Prince Andrew and legal giant Alan Dershowitz engaged in sex with underaged prostitutes. But Fox’s Megyn Kelly and Chris Stirewalt ignored Fox’s own reporting that found no evidence that Clinton was involved in order to suggest otherwise.

Tucker Carlson Hosts Dennis Michael Lynch For More Border Scaremongering

Posted by Priscilla · January 06, 2015 2:02 PM · 1 reaction

As was astutely pointed out by blogger Amanda Marcotte, Fox News makes a tidy profit in "keeping their paranoid, gullible, aging white audience in a fit of self-righteous outrage." Much of this paranoia is based on of fear of imaginary hordes of brown people who are streaming over our border and bringing with them their heathen and generally un-American ways. So who better to generate Fox News paranoia based outrage than the xenophobic and generally batshit crazy commentary of Fox's favorite "filmmaker" Dennis Michael Lynch. Yesterday, fresh from declaring that deporting all "illegals" would be just awesome, the hate filled, anti-immigration, pro-Cliven Bundy, presidential candidate, paranoid Lynch was back on Fox & Friends for more batshit crazy commentary about wide open borders, Oh NOOooooo.....

Palin Plays The Phony Conservative Victim Over Trig’s Dog Photo

Sarah Palin is still whining about the meanie avalanche of criticism she received for posting what she thought was an inspirational photo of her son, Trig, standing on his dog. Her latest gambit is to blame it all on PETA hypocrites for attacking her while supposedly wearing leather.

I think it’s safe to say that David Duke didn’t do either Rep. Steve Scalise or his own white supremacist group any favors during a contentious interview on The O’Reilly Factor tonight.

Fox’s Greta Van Susteren appeared on This Week yesterday and diverged from the Fox/GOP party line of defending House Majority Whip Steve Scalise despite his admitting to speaking to a white supremacist group in 2002.

Fr. Jonathan Morris Attacks Atheists Who Object To College Video Touting Religion As Basis For Democracy

Posted by Priscilla · January 05, 2015 2:27 PM · 7 reactions

Fr._Morris_Hearts_Roger_Ailes.jpg

As a devout Christian man (ahem) Roger Ailes clearly does not like atheists. His disdain for those who do not follow the gospel according to the religious right (and that just might include the new pope) is demonstrated in his "news" network's constant attacks on atheists who object to what they see as improper incursions of Christianity into the public square. Giving the conservative Catholic imprimatur on these atheists attacks is Fox's personal priest, Fr. Jonathan Morris who never wastes an opportunity to whine about how these nasty "disrespectful" atheists are trying to remove God from America as we know it. Yesterday, the doe eyed little padre started off 2015 by violating his late 2014 axiom that we should forgive atheists!
