Fox News' ObamaCare Poll Is A Joke
Here's how Fox News used one of its own polls to spread anti-ObamaCare propaganda.

Todd Starnes might live in Brooklyn, but he is no Brooklyn hipster as shown in his revulsion at those who promote the evil gay agenda and those who speak evil foreign languages. His distaste for those who don't speak real American was up front and center after the Coca Cola Super Bowl add which threw the real Americans into a collective apoplexy because "America the Beautiful" was sung in a variety of the foreign languages spoken by those who, contrary to what folks like Starnes think, are real Americans. In addition to sending out some unpleasant tweets about those evil "illegals," Toddles told radio host Tom Sullivan that the Super Bowl is not the venue for pushing diversity down real Americans throats. But here's the thing. Does Jesus loving, homo hating American patriot Starnes know that "America the Beautiful" was written by - ssshhh - a lesbian?!
Read moreElisabeth Hasselbeck Outraged Over Common Core Curriculum & You Should Be, Too!
The Common Core Curriculum is being met with resistance from both the liberal and conservative sides of the spectrum, albeit from different perspectives. The "fair & balanced" Fox News has joined the opposition with pieces that, in representing the right side of the ledger, are blatant bias. On last week's Fox & Friends, Elisabeth kept the bias coming in a strange segment that combined the evils of Common Core with outrage about how, in one curriculum, Abraham Lincoln's religion was listed as OMG "liberal" - a listing that, as Hasselbeck let us know towards the end of the segment, was changed to OMG "nothing." Hasselbeck's consternation was validated by her guest whose radical right wing ties weren't mentioned by Hasselbeck. Poor Elisabeth. She just can't understand how these evil big government Common Core folks are re-writing history and dumbing down American students. Oh, the irony!
Read moreFox News Outrageous Quote Of The Week – 2/2/14-2/8/14
We’ve got a lot of Fox News outrageousness on Benghazi and President Obama’s Super Bowl interview with Bill O’Reilly to mull over this week, dear readers. Only on Fox would a host argue that “act of terror” doesn’t mean “terrorist act.” Unless a Republican had said it, of course. But we’ve also got outrageousness about Hillary Clinton’s Super Bowl tweet, ObamaCare and more. Making his debut in our OQOTW poll this week: Ted Nugent.

Read moreFox News’ Global Warming Snow Job
Yesterday’s Cavuto on Business promoted the “It’s winter, there’s no global warming, it’s a hoax” attack on President Obama’s global warming regulations. FoxNews.com and host Neil Cavuto “just asked” about the regulations, “Taxpayers on the end of another show job?” But it was “fair and balanced” Fox doing the real shoveling – and it wasn’t just snow they were throwing at their viewers.
Read moreOn Fox & Friends: Oscar Song 'Yanked' Because Of Faith Based Bigotry
A Fox News "controversy," relating to a specific instance of right wing/Christian victimization usually has a shelf life of one day, starting with Fox & Friends and ending later that day on at least one of the night shows where indignant Fox hosts spread the misinformation in order to keep hate alive. But the recent elimination of a Christian song, from the Oscar nomination for Best Original Song, must be a big f%#king deal for Roger Ailes because it was featured on this morning's Fox & Friends after having been dealt with on Tuesday's Fox & Friends and Kelly Files. It's obvious that this perceived effrontery to Christians fits nicely with Fox News' ongoing Christian persecution meme. But what is really amusing is the rich irony in Fox pimping the cause of a Christian who broke rules and, in do doing, bearing what appears to be "false witness" against those who run the Academy Awards. Oh, right, that's evil, librul Hollywood, so it's all good!

Mike Huckabee visited Your World yesterday where host Neil Cavuto did his best to spin Mike Huckabee’s now infamous comments about women’s libidos and “Uncle Sugar.” Or, as Cavuto put it dismissively, “this libido thing.”
Read moreOn Fox & Friends: Tucker Carlson Smears Michelle Obama
There is a childhood obesity problem in the most awesome country that Jesus ever created. But despite this fact, Fox News seems to think that freedom is just another word for real Americans to be able to stuff as much crap down their gullets as possible. And the notion of encouraging healthy eating habits for children is anathema to real Americans. Michelle Obama's advocacy for proper childhood nutrition was a source of racist (what, what, racism in real America?) commentary on Fox Nation and snark from Fox's Greg Gutfeld who suggested that Ms. Obama secretly scarfs down french fries. The idea of monitoring what kids eat is, for Fox, evidence of a creeping nanny state. This morning, in an obvious attempt to advance this meme, Fox & Friends hosted a mom who is upset that her kids' school has banned them from bringing in Valentine's Day chocolate - a story which allowed Tucker Carlson to insult Michelle Obama. As propaganda, it was sweet!
