Dylann Roof's "manifesto" reads, in part, like a page out of Fox News. Obviously, we don't know if he watched Fox. But his views sure do seem to match those expressed by both Fox hosts and their guests.

Bill O'Reilly: Young black men "often reject the education process and gravitate towards street culture, drugs, hustling, [and] gangs."

Bill O'Reilly:  Suggesting that black crime is related to out of wedlock births he asked his guest, "do you make any correlation between the morality of that situation and the violent crime you’re seeing?"

Steve Doocy: Describing an African-American alleged perp in a black on white assault - "apparently danced and laughed as he was carted off to the police department."

Todd Starnes: Tweeted "Blacks riot at burger king."

Todd Starnes: Wrote "Do Democrats Care About Black-on-White Crime?

Hannity guest Bo Deitl: About Ferguson "This is like animal house over there."

Hannity guest David Clarke: "Modern liberalism celebrates black underachievement. It finds excuses for subhuman behavior ."

"How could the news be blowing up the Trayvon Martin case while hundreds of these black on White murders got ignored?"

 Greg Gutfeld: Complaining that the media did not cover a black on white crime, said that the death "should be a national story" but "his death isn't fashionable."

 Bill O'Reilly: "All over the country, police are arresting black men and some girls for assaulting white people. The national media pretty much ignoring the story but two cases here in New York City have removed all doubt that serial hate attacks are going on."

The Factor guest, Horace Cooper: Discussing the mythical "knock-out game," - “It’s clearly evidence of a double standard. You can look on the Department of Justice website and you can’t find one, single press release regarding this knockout problem.  Liberal allies in the media try to downplay it."

Media Matters has a compilation of Fox News "racial crime stories" which "perpetuate harmful racial stereotypes" - stereotypes that would seem to dovetail nicely with Dylann Roof's world views.

Anyway, it seems like Dylann Roof and those on Fox News might have something in common.
