Poor Todd Starnes. He's already suffering from the vapors over immigration reform. Also the assault on Christians and the racial plight of white people. Now, thanks to today's Supreme Court ruling striking down the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), he's got the specter of gay marriage to contend with. So far, he's handling it with his usual aplomb.

Won't be long before they outlaw the Bible as hate speech.

Ellen, you missed a dilly of a twit I mean, tweet, from Starnes. As posted at Wonkette*, “As for me and my house, we follow God’s law.” I think that should be more than enough to have Mr Starnes deported from the US since he ADMITS he doesn’t follow US LAW or the Constitution. (Granted, I’m not really sure where he could be deported . . . .)
I’d certainly love to go to Starnes’ house and make sure that he really IS obeying “God’s law.” After all, there are a whole lot of them. I wonder which day of the week he observes as the Sabbath—which God mandates as His day, that His people are to keep holy (mainly in the sense of “no working”). And then, of course, we’d need to ensure that his wife has successfully transitioned to menopause so that Toddy doesn’t need to worry about sex while she’s “unclean” (if she’s still dealing with her menstrual cycle, then I’m sure Todd’s being a good “God-fearing” husband and hiring a prostitute until Mrs Starnes’s period is done and she’s undergone her ritual cleansing). Oh, and I’d just love to see what he eats; no shellfish, pork or cheeseburgers for you, Todd, as that’s part of “God’s law.”
(Incidentally, I was just doing a quick check at Wikipedia to find out some information about Toddy, and he must be positively devastated. He doesn’t exist at Wiki. There are several links to articles that mention him, but as far as an article goes, nothing. Even Johnny “JazzHands” Morris is the subject of a Wiki article. And several of the articles that come up on Wiki in a Wiki search of “Todd Starnes” actually describe him as “author Todd Starnes” which is funny because checking on a couple of those credits, it turns out they’re FOOTNOTE references to comments he’s made while speaking on FoxNoise. I checked out 3 of those credits and they’re all the same. His name is only listed in the footnotes, crediting comments he’s made. Maybe that’s why he’s such a persimmon—no one thinks enough of him to give him a Wiki article, while his “friends” and “co-workers” have them.)

Quanked Scribe, even the San Andreas Fault hasn’t shown any sign of indigestion. Stay tune.

If DOMA was struck down decades ago a large percentage of conservative frauds would have been married by now.

No sign of locusts nor have we fallen into the ocean here in California.

Aww Truman. I thought it made your hands hairy. Have I been saying it wrong all these years. Nonetheless, I hope Toad and his hand have many happy years together.

Poor Todd, he forgot the Creator is gay, bi, transgendered, and even straight. And a rainbow of skin tones as well. We are all in the Creator’s image. Even Todd.
Gay or straight,
Love is great!
