Fox News Outrageous Quote Of The Week – 6/8/14-6/14/14

Posted by Ellen -7859.80pc on June 16, 2014 · Flag

It's Sunday night or early Monday morning, depending on your time zone, and that means it's time for our Fox News Outrageous Quote of the Week poll. This week's outrageousness includes same-sex marriage, immigration, impeachment, Hillary Clinton and more. Check out the candidates and cast your vote!

And the nominees are...

Bill O’Reilly, claiming that same sex marriage leads to polyamory and demands for polyamorous marriage: “It’s a logical progression when you want to include everyone under the banner of matrimony, that you’re gonna have this kind of stuff."

Elisabeth Hasselbeck, validating Todd Starnes’ claims of Christian persecution: “(W)hen you see these Christian groups being discriminated against on college campuses [she started shouting], it just seems that it could not be happening but in fact they are.”

“Filmmaker” Dennis Michael Lynch, playing the scary-immigrant card: “(H)ere’s a thing to scare the viewers, so to say, we are ignoring the 9/11 Commission Report, I’ve told you already that Hezbollah and Hamas are working with the drug cartels, so while we have border patrol agents playing babysitter, we have people crossing the border and nobody is apprehending them.”

Bill O’Reilly, telling his colleague that he thought all along Eric Shinseki was not managing the VA properly because he ignored O'Reilly's charity for wounded veterans: “Shinseki, I knew was not managing the VA properly because he never one time contacted you or me or the (charity) and said, ‘Hey can we help you in this effort?’”

Dennis Miller: "The only thing about Hillary is, she’s always cranky. …She’s PO’d because she knows that we know she’s been cheated on more frequently than a blind woman playing Scrabble with gypsies."

Sen. Ted Cruz, exploiting for partisan gain the death-by-hanging sentence of a Sudanese Christian woman married to a naturalized American: “And I have to say, Megyn, that as you look at this, this outrage, this atrocity, one of the first questions that comes to mind is where is the president?”

Lou Dobbs, discussing the surge of unaccompanied child immigrants overwhelming the border resources: “This is not simply the cartels, the human smugglers. This looks to be – the (Obama) administration has been accused of orchestrating this in coordination with the government of Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador… I think there’s no doubt about it.”

Wayne Rogers, discussing the child immigration crisis: “(Obama) has violated the law constantly, he’s violated the Constitution. Listen, he’s given amnesty for illegals who entered the US before the age of 16. He’s given amnesty to illegals who have relatives in the US. He’s given amnesty to illegals who are parents or guardians of people. He’s given amnesty to - the key word, ‘illegals.’ It’s already illegal. You can’t violate the Constitution if you’re doing something legally. He’s doing it illegally. He ought to be impeached, and so should Eric Holder. But the Congress has no guts for it. The Republicans are pusillanimous peewees, they don’t do anything about it, and they should stand up and be counted instead of running for the exit every time they bring this up.”

I was here early this morning and voted, then commented. Either I forgot to press ‘POST’ or I was deleted. If I was deleted, let me know so that I can stop visiting the site.

Tough choice between Dobbs and O’Loofah looking for a reach-around, but I’m going with Dobbs. When is he ever going to talk about business matters????

Anonymous = Fox News troll. Mark Koldys? Another member of the Johnny Dollar gang? Or someone new? We don’t care. This particular whiner who can’t stop bashing us and can’t stay away has been banned.

Tough choice, as usual – they’re all outrageous in different ways. I’m gonna go with Lou Dobbs, though – his statement is so “you can’t be serious” outrageous. (Both of O’Reilly’s statements, as well as Cruz’s, are also quite “out there.”)
