Not content to demonize just the Baltimore #BlackLivesMatter protesters, the city’s African American mayor and, of course, President Obama, Fox News is now going after those in the (liberal) media who are too sympathetic, according to the “we report, you decide” network’s pundits.
After a brief attack on CNN’s Brooke Baldwin, Fox & Friends cohost Clayton Morris “asked,” “So what are some of the other outrageous comments coming from the media?” Of course, he ignored the outrageous comments coming from Fox News faves such as the ever-present Sheriff David Clarke, who accused President Obama of “enjoying” the Baltimore violence. Nor Fox contributor Dr. Keith Ablow, who opined the violent protesters in Baltimore “might be” taking their cues from President Obama.
Instead, Morris and cohost Charles Payne attacked their own former colleague, Sally Kohn. Along with conservative guest Ben Domenech, they went after her for the media sin of tweeting about how “black people violently protesting oppression” are considered “thugs” while white people doing the same thing are called “patriots.”
Apparently, these three developed a serious case of amnesia about Bundy. Yet they also mocked Kohn for likening the Baltimore protesters to the Founding Fathers. Who were probably smeared by the British just the way Fox is smearing the protesters now.
They then moved on to Rachel Maddow and Michael Eric Dyson.
Watch it below, from yesterday’s Fox & Friends.
The new definition will simply read, “Fox News.”
