Bill O’Reilly Now Calls For Boycott Of Mexico Over Immigration

Posted by Ellen -7842.60pc on June 19, 2014 · Flag

Move over France, Egypt, Vermont and Pepsi. Mexico has now joined the list of Places And Things Bill O’Reilly Wants Us To Boycott.

O’Reilly said in his Talking Points last night:

It is time for all of us to stop going there. That country’s not our friend. It knows and helps the millions of people that are crossing its territory to enter the U.S.A. illegally. Mexico is allowing that to happen. Why? Because they don’t really like us and they’re corrupt.

…Add to that the Marine, Sgt. Tahmooressi, who has post traumatic stress disorder, incarcerated down there, and you have Mexican President Nieto giving us the middle finger.

Well, you know what, Mr. Nieto? You know what? I am not going to your country and I am asking every American to boycott you! Because you and your government is (sic) harming the USA.

Tourism in Mexico a $12 billion industry and America provides about half that. So let’s stop rewarding Mexico until they stop hurting us!

O’Reilly has threatened to boycott Mexico at least twice before.

What I am wondering is how this is affecting the cruise ship industry. Will it have an affect on their business? Also have cruise lines done any rescheduling because of the boycott?
Warner Athey commented 2014-07-05 13:23:08 -0400 · Flag
It is not about Bill O Riley. The boycott is by the tow million member Veterans of Foreign Wars. It is about Sgt. Andrew being imprisoned in Mexico for making a wrong turn and getting in a traffic lane that he could not get out of. He was not even trying to go to Mexico, Every one should boycott Mexico until this kind of thing is stopped. Quit trying to belittle it by trying to make it about Bill O Riley.

Day #2 of Bildo’s bedpan brigade boycott of Mexico. Some say that the Mexican government is just barely hanging on. However, most say Bildo es pendejo.

@beachbody: Like Aria, I’d be curious to know what your position is on the administration’s success in getting Bowe Bergdhal back into the USA.

And, while we’re at it, what do you think about the little detail that he cannot as yet be allowed to return to “his place” because his whole family is at risk of retaliation by the very people who say they respect the troops?

Before you answer, however, please do recall that the claims that Bergdhal was a deserter are still being nvestigated. Personally, I shall continue to consider him innocent until proven guilty on that charge.

O’Reilly is one of those “Let’s you and that other person fight” sort of guys: you know, the ones who like a good fight so long as it’s not him who’s agonna do the fighting. A truly despicable man on so many fronts, but never in a combat zone.

Beachbody wrote:

I am not judging the soldier. I do not know what happened and I have no opinion on whether his story is true or not. What is clear is that he broke Mexican law and they have every right to prosecute him.

Now, the U.S. has every right to work to get him back, too and maybe they should be working more than they are, I don’t know. I don’t know enough about the facts.

But for O’Reilly to demand that Mexico do his bidding – or else! – smacks of self-interest more than any sincere interest in working to get the soldier released. Otherwise, he’d be probing and questioning and building a real case, not threatening and grandstanding.

Bildo read in the Tijuana Business Review that Mexico will lose millions in tourist dollars.

Hey Beachbody… Were you condemning or joining in when Fox News viewers were talking about killing Bowe Bergdhal, taking it to the point that his entire family was put on security detail?

Oh, right… Fox News said that the sixth Amendment doesn’t apply to him, so get a rope.

Hey, beachbody….I’m a former troop.
Do you support me?
So….I can go break any law that doesn’t suit me, call it a mistake and it’ll be okay with you?
Gee, that’s convenient!
Bob Roberts commented 2014-06-19 17:32:32 -0400 · Flag
@beachbody – “our soldier made a mistake”…..only if you believe his story. His own mother said he "inadvertently crossed the border through “directional dysfunction” brought on by PTSD he suffered with due to his two tours in Afghanistan. Directional dysfunction? How about a more plausible reason, he never told border agents he had weapons and he was caught trying to bring three guns into Mexico. The ol’ I took a wrong turn defense doesn’t work too well in Detroit, I guess it shouldn’t in TJ either.

Don’t tell me I have to care about this guy because of Salute the Troops. I don’t salute the troops of Abu Grahib. I don’t salute the soldier who went into an Afghan village at the dead of night and murdered 12 villagers. I don’t salute unhonorable men in uniform like Oliver North. And I don’t salute some dumb ass ex-Marine that tried to bring three weapons across another countries’ border, against their laws, and claim he took a wrong turn. Appreciation for America doesn’t mean acceptance of all actions by Americans.

After all in a previous Delusion Of Grandeur, Junior O’Reilly already declared War on Mexico. You really look tough Junior when you point that finger.

It’s shocking that Mexico would get out of line again.

I wonder if O’Loofah’s boycott includes the geriatic brigades’ monthly drug excursions across the border for cheap prescription drugs that makes up his audience.

Like Mr. West said below, all he has to do is remind his viewers when travelling to a foreign country, abide by their laws and don’t bring guns across the border. Not too hard to do. Instead he calls for his third boycott of Mexico. And as the previous two times, I’m sure all Americans will heed his call.
Joseph West commented 2014-06-19 11:23:28 -0400 · Flag
Gee. Bill needs to tell his viewers “Just remember, if you ignorantly choose to visit a foreign country, full of thugs and smelly people, just make sure to obey all their laws. We may not like their stupid laws—especially when it comes to our penis substitutes guns, but it’s hard for us to make them abide by our laws when we break theirs.”

Oh, wait. That’s too sensible for FoxNoise viewers to hear and too sensible for HRF* Billo to say.

I don’t understand for the life of me why our Government doesn’t use him to solve ALL America’s
problem . Such insights and knowledge shouldn’t be wasted on an armchair brigade. The pompas ass is getting worse and worse .

I’m absolutely sure that the Mexicans will miss terribly all the old, white, ignorant racist homophobes that watch Fox News. The Foxies will just refuse to get off the cruise ships….like they usually do.
Maybe Mexicans should counter with refusing to work as landscapers, nannies, and drug-suppliers for these same people.
Guess who will give in first?

From ez’s comment:

“Is this a double secret probation situation?”

LMAO! If it is ez, there’s only one logical thing for Mexicans to do:

THROW A BIG TOGA PARTY just like the Deltas did in that classic movie "Animal House!

;^)

Bildo’s Bedpan Brigade of geriatric viewers will spring into action by boycotting their soft tacos at lunch.
