Megyn Kelly Still Carrying 'Ground Zero Cross' And Mocking Atheists!
Move over Henry VIII. Roger Ailes, who sits at the right side of Cardinal Dolan, has become the new "defender of the faith" - Christian that is! And while his "fair & balanced " network has no problem attacking atheists, Muslims, those who say "happy holiday,' and anybody else whose religious views do not comport with Fox Christian orthodoxy, Fox takes great umbrage at any perceived attack on Christians. Ailes sees "efforts to drive religion from the public square" as a "wall threatening to cut America off from its Judeo-Christian roots." Thus, for Fox News, the "Ground Zero Cross" has been a big f-cking deal for the past three years during which Fox hosts have expressed their patented outrage in braying about the evil atheists who are engaged in a court battle to keep the "cross" out of the publicly funded 9-11 museum. And if Megyn Kelly's recent show is any example, it's still a big f-cking deal!
Read moreRepublican Bob Gates Smacks Down Fox News Attacks On Obama Over Ukraine
Bob Gates, the Republican former Secretary of Defense under both George W. Bush and Barack Obama, pointedly told host Chris Wallace yesterday that Republicans – and that obviously includes Fox News pundits – should tone down their criticism of President Obama over Ukraine. But that didn’t stop Wallace from trying to prod Gates into criticizing Obama anyway
Read moreFox News Outrageous Quote Of The Week 3/2/14 – 3/8/14
Not surprisingly, much of Fox News' outrageousness last week was centered on the crisis in Ukraine. Either overtly or by implication, Fox News pundits fell all over themselves using the foreign-policy crisis to attack President Obama. But we've got some other outrageousness as well. We need YOU to decide which of the nominees should be named the "Outrageous Quote Of The Week."
Read moreFox News ID's Non-Denominational Service As "Mass"
We know that Foxworld isn't exactly concerned with presenting material in a factually, accurate manner. We also know that Fox is very Christian. But what those who write Fox chyrons don't seem to know is that not all Christian ceremony is the same and that a Christian non-denominational service is not the same thing as a "Mass" which is a specific, liturgical ceremony done in Roman/Eastern Rite Catholic, Anglican, and Lutheran churches. This morning, the chyron for a Fox & Friends "Fight for Faith" piece, about services at the non-denominational Daytona Beach Drive In Christian Church, described the preaching service as a Mass. It's not and I suspect that Foxpriest Fr. Jonathan Morris would say the same thing. Good to see the Fox brain room on the job.
Read moreBolling Not Happy At ‘Dummy’ Jon Stewart’s Mockery Of Attacks On Food Stamps
Eric Bolling complained about Jon Stewart “mocking all of us at Fox News for shedding light on food stamp abuse.” Actually, Eric, Stewart mocked all of you for NOT shedding light on food stamp abuse. What Stewart did is highlight – in a devastating-to-Fox fashion - how the network feigns reporting to make propagandistic attacks on poor people. But rather than defend Fox coverage with, say, facts about that supposed food stamp abuse, Bolling repeated his evidence-free accusation. And then invited Stewart to come on the show.

Despite the reality that religious institutions enjoy a plethora of benefits, chief among them tax advantages, which secular institutions do not, in right wing/Fox world Christians are being persecuted, by the evil secular government, at a rate not seen since the days of lions v Christians. But just to make sure that Christians know just how persecuted they are, Christian movie makers will be releasing a movie about this egregious oppression on May 9th. The name of the movie is - wait for it - "Persecuted" and its cast includes Fox's very own Christian warrior queen, Gretchen Carlson who plays a TV host. It also includes Fox fabulous (and very Christian) funnyman, Brad Stine who threw the CPAC Christians some sacramental red meat before a very special CPAC screening of the film.

We spend a lot of time criticizing Neil Cavuto around here and I'm not going to argue he doesn't deserve it. But he also deserves some praise and sympathy for the way he deals with the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis. So in honor of MS Awareness Week, here are a few other things you should know about Cavuto.
Read moreYour World Mocks Senate Climate Change All Nighter
Fox’s Your World show rounded up a “fair and balanced” panel of three guests, plus the host, to mock the U.S. Senate’s upcoming all-night session to urge action on climate change. The only difference was in what each one mocked.

Gavin McInnes' "jokes" about people on food stamps were not just offensive, they won him our Outrageous Quote of the Week award. Frankly, I'm surprised, given the level of the competition. But McInnes won handily, beating out his closest competition by 8%, or more than 20 votes.

If you missed The Daily Show last night, you MUST SEE, Jon Stewart’s hilarious takedown of Fox News’ slobbering over Vladimir Putin for being strong while attacking President Obama for being both weak and, according to Fox, a dictator.
