Bill O'Reilly Laughs As Dennis Miller Mocks "Chunky" Lesbians Who Don't "Need To Attract Men"
Bill O'Reilly minces no words in his condemnation of those whom he thinks denigrate Christians and in particular, the Catholic Church. During the run-up to the papal election, he even criticized comedy shows, like the Colbert Report, for mocking the Catholic Church. But while Bill is a strong admirer of his Catholic Church, he has no respect for the LGBT community, whose campaign for marriage equality is viewed, by Bill, as a strategy to destroy "traditional" America. So given that he is contemptuous of the gay community, it came as no surprise that Bill and Dennis Miller would engage in some very heterosexually machismo mocking of the lesbian community during last week's "Miller Time." In keeping with the right wing distortion of a government funded study which, unmentioned by the right wing media, also includes straight males, Bill and Dennis disparaged lesbians with the kind of homophobic "humor" that, if said in the workplace, would result in a sexual harassment lawsuit.

If you thought News Corporation's phone hacking scandal was over, think again. The Guardian reported yesterday that an informer has turned over evidence to the authorities that will amount to 600 new phone hacking claims. Police now say the investigation will continue into 2015.
Read moreBill O'Reilly Attacks Late Term Abortions & Women Who Have Them!
Bill O'Reilly is an anti-abortion zealot who actually believes that his zealotry is saving "babies" from being "murdered." In addition to attacking those who support reproductive rights legislation and abortion providers, he has attacked women who have abortions as being too stupid, childlike, and selfish to know what's best for them which, in O'Reilly's world, is bearing a child regardless of circumstances which, in many cases, involve the life, health of the mother and the fetus. O'Reilly's hatred of women who exercise their bodily autonomy was evident in a recent Talking Points segment during which he lamented that when it comes to late term abortions, "women have all the rights." While O'Reilly speaks in general terms about how abortion is murder, implicit in his argument is that women who have abortions are murderers - an argument that underscores the belief, among those who are pro-choice, that anti-abortion zealots not only don't trust women, they hate them.
Read moreFox News V. Fox News Latino On Those Released ICE Detainees
Once again, as has been previously documented here, FoxNews.com and Fox News Latino have different ways of telling the same story. Where FoxNews.com uses the words “illegal immigrants” on Fox News Latino, they show up as “undocumented immigrants.” Plus, FoxNews.com made a point of describing those “illegal immigrants” recently released by ICE with language that made them sound distinctly more dangerous.
Read moreMartha MacCallum Pimps Cardinal Timothy Dolan As "Rock Star"
If there was any question as to the fair & balanced Fox "News" being totally in NY's Cardinal Timothy Dolan's cassock, it would be dispelled by Martha MacCallum's total puff piece about how Dolan is totally awesome! As usual, Dolan's problems relating to his handling of pedophile priests were not mentioned. Joining in the Dolan worship was - surprise, surprise - official and one true Fox priest, Fr. Jonathan Morris, who was at the Vatican. The giant sucking sound could be heard all the way from Rome.
Read moreOn Fox & Friends: Another Faux Founder Promotes Right Wing Talking Points
Last week, as part of the Fox & Friends Founding Fathers Fridays, the curvy couch potatoes interviewed a Thomas Jefferson impersonator. The real Thomas Jefferson would have been appalled that he is being channeled by a right wing Christian nationalist; but that didn't bother the impersonator who not only validated the gang's right wing talking points but offered some of his own. While there was lots of talk about the deficit, nobody asked him what he thought about a black man in the White House. And that question didn't come up during this Friday's Founders segment during which George Washington made an appearance. The real time George, who doesn't seem to have the same ideological agenda as "Jefferson," he was more than willing to affirm at least one right wing talking point fed to him by his hosts who seemed more interested in bashing Nancy Pelosi than getting a history lesson. One suspects that the real George Washington would be shocked at the idea of a female in Congress, but whatever...
Read morePat Boone: I Was On Obama’s Enemies List
Pat Boone ventured into Monica Crowley territory earlier this week on Neil Cavuto’s Fox Business show. He brought along a copy of Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals book and kept trying – but failing – to talk about what a Marxist and socialist President Obama is. To his credit, Cavuto wanted none of it. But that didn’t mean he didn’t suck up or fail to challenge Boone’s dubious accusation that he was President Obama’s “enemies list.”

White House spokesperson Jay Carney got into it with Jenna Lee on deficit reduction and the Easter Egg Hunt of all things. Lee asked, “The President has said that he’s open to changing the way that Social Security benefits, the increase for Social Security benefits are figured out, are calculated. …He’s open to that as part of a big deal. But if the President feels so strongly that changing that would be great for our country as a whole, why not just do it? Why use it as a bargaining chip?"
Read moreTucker Carlson Gripes About President Obama’s Food Tester
As guest host of the Hannity show last night, Tucker Carlson boasted about a phony scoop from Maine Senator Susan Collins: that President Obama has a food tester. It would seem that neither he nor the Fox News producers knew or cared that it’s old news – and that presidential food testers have been at the White House since before President Obama. But, apparently, Carlson thinks President Obama should stop acting like “a king,” save some taxpayer dough and put himself at risk. And Fox News didn’t mind. UPDATED

Yesterday, on Fox & Friends, the "high school student" whose spring break trip was "ruined" because the White House cancelled his tour seemed just a little too slick with his anti-Obama talking points. And host Steve Doocy seemed suspiciously prepared to probe, I mean ask, about them.
