Americans Want Sarah Palin To Shut Up
Dear Sarah Palin: a new poll shows that a majority of Americans, Democrats as well as Republicans, have heard enough from you. Maybe more than enough.

It’s hard to think of any response that could have been less gracious than Fox's Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s comments about the return of her former colleague, Rosie O’Donnell, to The View.: “What could ruin a vacation more than to hear news like this?” Hasselbeck asked. Gee, I don’t know: An accident? Natural disaster? Death in the family?
Read moreFox News Impeachment Campaign: Sarah Palin Edition
Fox's campaign to impeach President Obama is ratcheting up. In addition to the overt calls for impeachment, there are the subtler "Obama can no longer govern effetively" messages that pretty much amount to the same thing, only in a softer package. Now, the "civil" and "tolerant" Fox Nation is openly promoting impeachment. Via that political whizkid, Sarah Palin.
Read moreOn Fox & Friends: Persecuted Christian Bank Teller 'Fired Over Faith'
Do you honestly think that if a Muslim bank teller used an Islamic greeting with customers or pushed Islam on them in such a way that complaints were filed, Fox News would be supportive? Not only would Fox feature this on all its programs as an example of creeping Sharia; but the name and photo of the offender would be plastered all over the place so that the Fox audience would know to whom to send the death threats. But when a Christian bank teller was allegedly fired for saying "have a blessed day," along with a little alleged Christian proselytizing, Fox News was there to provide warm validation for this poor, persecuted Christian who is just another victim of political correctness which, as Fox informs us, discriminates against Christians. Meanwhile the non-politically correct Fox has no compunctions about insulting non-Christians. Oh, well...

Yesterday, USA Today reported that the Republicans’ Benghazi Select Committee has a budget of $3.3 million, higher than the House Veterans Affairs and Ethics committees. Perhaps mindful that this might not be an easy sell, first co-host Kimberly Guilfoyle blamed the Obama administration for the expense. Then, Fox’s Dr. Keith Ablow promoted the bogus excuse that we need to find out whether or not Hillary Clinton suffers from brain damage.
Read moreSteve Doocy Lies: Hobby Lobby Decision Only Covers Contraceptives That "End Lives"
In ruling on behalf of Hobby Lobby, the conservative Catholic men on the Supreme Court decided that, under the rubric of religious freedom, Hobby Lobby had the right to deny coverage for those methods of birth control that they believe cause abortions. Hobby Lobby's belief is not based in science; but is, rather, the theological belief of certain evangelicals and the Catholic Church - a position consistently supported by Fox News. Within 24 hours, the same guys expanded the decision to include all birth control in order to cover business owners who hold to Catholic doctrine that all birth control is a sin. This morning, during a let's bash Obama segment, Fox friend Steve Doocy not only advanced the lie that these contraceptives cause abortions - but he showed his ignorance of the total scope of the decision - or was deliberately lying!
Read moreJesse Watters: I Wasn’t Judging When I Called Single Women Government-Dependent ‘Beyoncé Voters’
I think we can add “dishonest,” along with “misogynistic” and “race baiting” to the list of words we could use to describe Fox News ambush producer Jesse Watters. On The O’Reilly Factor tonight, he insisted he meant no disrespect when he called single ladies “Beyoncé voters” and then described them as, basically, welfare queens. No disrespect because, according to Watters, that’s what they are. But first, he went to the Gay Pride Parade in San Francisco and asked a lot of obnoxious questions.
Read moreSarah Palin Pitches Herself For The View
It looks like Sarah Palin wouldn't mind being part of that "lamestream media" she's always knocking. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Palin let it be known that even though she's "really excited" about the upcoming second season of her current show on The Sportsman Channel, she might be just what The View needs. And guess which "fair and balanced" news network that currently employs her she didn't mention?
