Lindsey Lohan is reported to be suing Fox News and Sean Hannity over a guest’s comment that she and her mother did cocaine together.
About a year ago, in a Hannity show discussion about Philip Seymour Hoffman’s death, Fox News contributor Michelle Fields said, “Lindsay Lohan’s mom is doing cocaine with her.”
From New York Daily News:
Lohan’s lawyers, David Hernandez and Mark Heller, said Fox added insult to injury by posting the segment on its website. When the Lohans objected through their attorneys, a lawyer for Fox promised to take it down — but that never happened, the suit says.
The link for the clip mentioned in the lawsuit was not working Monday afternoon.
The daughter and mom are demanding that the segment be taken off Hannity’s website permanently and are seeking unspecified punitive damages.
The Daily News reported that the Lohans are also suing host Sean Hannity.
TMZ reports that Fox did remove the segment from its website and they sent Lohan a letter of apology as well as posting a brief on-air retraction. TMZ also notes that Lohan has admitted to doing coke and, in a phone call to her father, accused her mother of doing it (which Lohan later retracted).

Since the lawsuit is filed against the Workplace Bullies Stage Actor Hannocchio is protected. We doubt Hugh’s bratty son will pay out of his own pocket. It won’t affect him financially.
If the suits were smart they Cash Out that foolish broad Fields by terminating her contract, and have security escort this bimbette out the door.
Even if they lost, it seems the rest of Fox only realizes there’s consequences when it’s O’Reilly.
