Fox News contributor Laura Ingraham is the winner of our Fox News Outrageous Quote of the Week poll last week. But in this poll, when you're a "winner," you're really a loser!
Ingraham received 20%, or 33 of the 163 votes cast. Her "winning" quote was about Plan B emergency contraception: "It’s a good deal for pedophiles, good deal for people who commit statutory rape against young girls."
Her close runner up was former federal prosecutor Doug Burns, who said about Trayvon Martin, "I know everybody keeps sarcastically saying about the Skittles. You could probably kill somebody with Skittles. … (Y)ou could break a bottle of iced tea, right, with the jagged edge, and you could kill somebody with it." Burns received 18% or 29 of the total votes cast.

I suggest that the award be renamed in honor of the first Fux Noise wingnut who wins it 10 times. Then it will be the “mAnn Coulter award” or the “Whore of Babble-On Palin award” or whatever.
