In a Fox News iteration of the old Jesus' face in the piece of toast, Fox & Friends' Anna Kooiman waxed positively orgasmic over a photo in which a trick of the light looks like Jesus' cross. Seriously. Not kidding.

Fox News hosted a slew of Republican guests who criticized the deal that got five Americans released from Iran yesterday. When the network finally talked to a Democrat, he was just another critic.

Despite the Fox News doom and gloom about how the negotiated return of 10 U.S. sailors “emboldened” Iran for more aggression, that country just released five U.S. prisoners today. So, naturally, Fox wasted little time looking for excuses to gripe about that, too.

Usually when Hannity tells a whopper, he’s a tad more clever than he was when he smeared the Clintons’ marriage and then immediately claimed “but I don’t like to judge other people’s marriages.”

Neil Cavuto tried to wriggle out of trouble after taking some heat for asking presidential candidate John Kasich what he’d do if stock market losses escalate “like it did back when Barack Obama first assumed the presidency.”

Fox faux liberal, Eboni Williams, took time out from endorsing right-wing memes about Muslims to take a swipe at Hillary Clinton for trying to avoid Islamophobia.

Just when you think the right-wing “patriots” can’t go any lower in putting their hatred for President Obama and Iran over any pleasure and relief that 10 U.S. sailors were quickly released unharmed from Iran, along comes an O’Reilly Factor guest who says we should have let them remain as hostages forever, rather than apologize for our own provocative behavior.

There seems to be a seismic shifting going on at Fox News as Roger Ailes – the guy who made Fox News Fox News – is withdrawing, uber boss Rupert Murdoch is becoming more active and the internal power struggle over succession heats up.

“Patriotic” Bill O’Reilly is so upset at the possibility of paying more taxes to the country he supposedly loves, he is threatening to leave it if Bernie Sanders becomes president.
