Fox’s Holder Complains About ‘Anti-Testicular Police’ ‘Ripping’ Off Ray Rice’s Balls

Tamara Holder can be awesome as a Fox News liberal but last night, her inflammatory comments attacking Ray Rice’s critics and his wife might as well have been scripted by Roger Ailes, himself. Or Brian Kilmeade.

Fox Guest Suggests Biblical Principles Prevent An Ebola Epidemic

Braverman.png

Dr. Eric Braverman visited the Hannity show last night, where he was asked how much danger Ebola presents to Americans. Braverman’s answer? Not much. Other physicians agree. But Braverman is the first I’ve seen suggest that it’s thanks to Judeo-Christian principles.

Fox___Friends_Kooiman_Obama_Bush_advice.png

In Fox's latest effort to rehab the George W. Bush administration’s disastrous foreign policy, the Fox & Friends hosts today wished that President Obama would call on Bush for advice on foreign policy. “How much would it help?” co-host Anna Kooiman asked.

Fox Business’ Kennedy ‘Diagnoses’ Obama As Mentally Unwell

Kennedy_Diagnoses_Obama.png

Apparently, Fox Business host Kennedy’s B.A. in philosophy and a career in music and talk radio has prepared her to diagnose President Obama’s mental capabilities on Fox News. At least in her own mind. I’ll bet you can guess that the diagnosis is not good.

Fox & Friends 'Apology' Includes Racist Dog Whistle?

Posted by Priscilla · September 09, 2014 2:27 PM · 4 reactions

In its ongoing attempt to show that white Americans are endangered by scary black people, Fox News has created an alternate reality where black on white crime is a clear and present danger. The idea that white Americans are being besieged by roving gangs of black thugs allows Fox to advance their ever popular victimization meme as well as blame "black culture" for this supposedly pervasive criminal activity. And that's why Fox eagerly provided coverage for the mythical "knock-out" game - an activity in which black youth assaulted innocent, primarily white people just for kicks. So was it a coincidence that during Fox & Friends' non-apology for its domestic violence humor, it ran the chyron shown below the fold? Was Fox using a disgusting act of domestic violence, perpetrated on a black woman, to advance its "scary black man" motif?

Anna Kooiman Asks If College Non-Discrimination Order 'Political Correctness Going Too Far?'

Posted by Priscilla · September 09, 2014 1:50 PM · 1 reaction

As the network for real American Christians, Fox News knows that God hates fags and that real American Christians should be free to discriminate against the LGBT community because religious liberty - which, on Fox, is not extended to atheists. For Fox, ordinances which forbid anti-gay discrimination are Satan's work. Thus, Fox brought us a campaign of real Christian lies about how the San Antonio non-discrimination ordinance was, yes, discriminatory towards Christians. Fox also provided extensive validation of Christian indignation over Vanderbilt U's policy which requires that campus organization elections be open to all. This morning, Anna Kooiman provided the patented Fox & Friends sympathy to a Christian college group that, according to Kooiman, is being denied recognition by the Univ. of California system over its religious beliefs. What nobody mentioned was that the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship Group has a real big (but biblical) problem with teh gay but hey, religious freedom?!

Fox Fails To Apologize For Ray Rice 'Take The Stairs' Joke

Posted by Ellen · September 09, 2014 12:05 PM · 4 reactions

kilmeade_ray_rice.png

If you blinked while watching Fox & Friends this morning, you probably missed how the show "addressed" the backlash against co-host Brian Kilmeade's tasteless joke yesterday about Ray Rice punching his then-fiancée to the ground: "I think the message is, take the stairs." There was no apology and no remorse, either. In fact, Fox suggested that anyone who took offense is to blame for misunderstanding.

As I previously posted, this morning's Fox & Friends made a tasteless joke about Ray Rice's knockout punch to his then-fiancée. Apparently, the backlash was so strong that a Fox News spokesperson says the show will address it tomorrow morning.

Andrea Tantaros Exploits Ray Rice's Domestic Violence To Smear Obama

Early this morning, Fox & Friends trivialized the domestic violence video that showed Baltimore Ravens' Ray Rice punching out his then-fiancée Janay Palmer. But Andrea Tantaros wins the Rice Politicization Award with her attempt to use the awful incident to score some cheap political points by demanding that President Obama and Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz speak out about it.

Sean Hannity Defends 'Strong Christian' Phil Robertson's 'Convert or Die' Theology

Posted by Priscilla · September 08, 2014 11:43 AM · 14 reactions

hannity_hearts_phil_II.jpg

As are many of Fox News talkers, Sean Hannity is an avowed conservative Catholic. So perhaps he was channeling his inner Torquemada when, last Thursday, he defended the noted theologian and Ducky Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson's "biblical" belief that ISIS should be offered the choice between converting to Christianity or die. Hannity's impassioned support for Robertson, whose words were supposedly "taken out of context," came on the heels of MSNBC's Ed Schultz's skewering of Hannity's hypocrisy in defending the very thing that we are condemning ISIS for doing. So not only did Hannity stand up for his bayou soul brotha; but he engaged in a very Christian ad-hominem attack on Schultz. But Hannity and Robertson are devout pro-life Christian, so it's all good.... As international affairs analysts, not so much!
