Didn’t you just know that it was only a matter of time until someone on Fox News made the White House fence jumping breach of security about Benghazi? Today’s (dis)honors go to Outnumbered host Harris Faulkner.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck Wants To Impose A Civics Test On Voters

Posted by Ellen · September 22, 2014 4:22 PM · 8 reactions

hasselbeck_voting.png

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is very disturbed over Americans’ ignorance about civics. But rather than push for better civics education, Hasselbeck’s “solution” is to restrict voting rights to those who can pass a test. The not-so-funny thing is that Hasselbeck either missed the irony or was too ignorant about civics, herself, to know that such a test was banned by the Voting Rights Act.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck's Anti-Feminist Guest Denies Conservative War On Women, Says Feminists Waging War On Conservatives

Posted by Priscilla · September 22, 2014 12:19 PM · 1 reaction

Two of Fox's popular messages are 1) Feminists are evil creatures who seek to destroy America's biblical, patriarchal social order 2) There is no conservative GOP war on women. Meanwhile, in the real world, feminists are those who support equal rights for women which include access to reproductive health care. Meanwhile, it's the conservative GOP who oppose the Pay Equity Act, support gutting of the social safety net, and who are passing a slew of draconian anti-abortion measures on both a state and federal level. That there is a conservative GOP war on women is obvious but not so for Fox News which denies its reality and - wait for it - says it is "phony" Democratic propaganda and part of a feminist "war on men." Last week, in maintaining it state of denial, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and her Tea Party guest continued to validate the Fox propaganda memes in yet another Orewellian Fox "News" piece of propaganda.

Fox’s Pirro: ISIS ‘The Single Biggest Threat’ In American History – Because Benghazi

Posted by Ellen · September 22, 2014 10:00 AM · 10 reactions

Pirro_Threat.png

Fox News’ Jeanine Pirro, former Westchester County prosecutor and failed Senate candidate turned TV host, has somehow gotten the skinny on ISIS. Not only should we be terrified of them, she wants us to believe they are the “single biggest threat” to our country, ever. And part of the reason is because of Benghazi.

Fox Guest Outlines The Feminist Plot Behind Demands For Roger Goodell’s Resignation

Posted by Ellen · September 22, 2014 9:00 AM · 8 reactions

Scottie_Nell_Hughes.png

Tea Party “news director” Scottie Nell Hughes thinks the demands for NFL commissioner Roger Goodell’s resignation are nothing less than retaliation against the league for not “kowtowing” to “PC standards.” Not even Bill O’Reilly seemed to buy it.

Fox News Declares The War On Poverty A Flop – So Let’s Make Life Harder For The Poor!

Snapshot000005.png

Fox News may want to end the War on Poverty but there’s no loss of enthusiasm for its war on the poor. Yesterday, Fox’s Cashin’ In show spent about four minutes arguing that the poor have it too cushy and should get less assistance.

Fox News trotted out discredited author Ronald Kessler in a transparent effort to turn the recent breaches of White House security into an epic fail for President Obama. And host Tucker Carlson helped.

Fr. Jonathan Morris: Satanists Provoke Anger So No Free Speech For Them!

Father_Morris_Thankful.jpg

The Christian right, aided and abetted by Fox News, has no problem citing the 1st Amendment's freedom of religion protection. But they do have a problem with other religious groups who exercise their constitutional rights, such as the Satanists who are planning on holding a Satanic mass, tonight, in the Oklahoma City Civic Center. Because the ceremony involves elements which symbolize rejection of Catholicism, Catholics are understandingly outraged and who better to take this outrage national than the nice Christians on Fox & Friends who usually are valiant defenders of religious freedom - but in this case, not so much because, according to Fox's resident cleric, Fr. Jonathan Morris, the usually reviled government needs to shut it down. Go, figure!

Fox Blames Multiculturalism And Atheism For Rise Of ISIS

Posted by Brian · September 20, 2014 6:14 PM · 1 reaction

cavuto_ISIS.png

Fox News’ “business show,” Cavuto on Business spent the first 11:20 minutes today suggesting that the rise of ISIS is due to Godlessness and multiculturalism. Host Neil Cavuto kicked off the discussion with the “question,” “Is ISIS a crisis because we’re godless? …Is ISIS on a roll because increasingly secular societies have given God the heave?”

Tucker Carlson: Society Threatened When God Not Acknowledged In US Government!

tucker_christian.jpg

While the Christian right constantly whine about how their 1st Amendment rights are being infringed upon, they have no problem violating the First Amendment's "Establishment Clause" in their attempts to force religion into the public square. While the Christian right decries the "gay agenda," their Christian agenda, vis-à-vis the US military, is abundantly clear. But their efforts to enforce a radical Christian worldview have been met with opposition by members of the military who have the Constitution on their side. Recently, the Air Force dropped the "under God" section of its oath and the Christian right is bullshit. As their mouthpiece, Fox News provided validation for those who objected to the policy change. And now that the policy has been changed, America's morning Christian show, Fox & Friends, continues that validation in claiming that this is all the fault of politically correct secularists who hate Jesus' favorite country. Oh, yeah, and atheists suck, too.
