Read moreTamara Holder Smacks Down Bill Cunningham’s Sexist Hate Mongering
Tamara Holder squared off against Sean Hannity's pal, Bill “Hussein” Cunningham, on Hannity tonight with hilarious results. You may recall that in a previous match, Cunningham told Holder, “Know your place and shut your mouth.” This time, Cunningham called her a “Farrah Fawcett wannabe” and said that people like her are “helping to destroy this country.” But Holder was ready for him.
Read moreBill O'Reilly Accuses "Ink Stained Wench" Miss Kansas Of Dishonesty
As America's grand poobah of propaganda, Bill O'Reilly doesn't like it when the folks don't, metaphorically speaking, kiss his posterior (ewww). Such was the case when he invited Miss Kansas, Teresa Vail, to appear on The Factor. Bill wanted to speak with Ms. Vail because she has "big" tattoos and a military background. But her business manager wanted to know, in advance, what questions would be asked. This "violation of journalistic ethics" was not well received by O'Reilly who claims not to use a script. He used this affront as the basis for his tip of the day - "when you want to become a public figure, do it honestly, don't try to contrive the situation. It never works." On his website, the title for the piece and accompanying video is "Tip of the Day, Ink Stained Wench." "Ink stained," "wench," seriously?
Read moreOn Hannity: Todd Starnes Warns Of Islamic Indoctrination In Public Schools
As a devout lover of Jesus, Fox's resident racist and homophobic culture warrior Todd "Toddles" Starnes, is always on the alert for examples of the pressing problem of Islamic indoctrination in the public schools. Christian crusader Starnes recently broke the story (carried by Fox Nation, Fox News Insider, and Fox Radio) about a Tennessee student field trip to OMG a mosque and a Hindu temple. After parents complained that the students were given Korans, the school revised its field trip policy. So far, so good because religious groups shouldn't be handing out materials. But what Starnes is really upset about is that those who opted out were asked to do a paper that was based on material that was supposedly biased towards Islam. This is nothing new for Toddles. Back in August, Starnes appeared on Hannity where he advanced a Christian jihad against a Florida textbook that was supposedly biased against Jesus! This week he was back for more paranoia and a little Christian lie about Islamic indoctrination. You just can't make this up, folks.
Read moreTed Cruz Likens Himself To Winston Churchill In Phony Fight To Defund Obamacare
Earlier today, Republican Senator Ted Cruz infuriated his House colleagues, as Huffington Post put it, “by conceding that the party’s efforts to repeal Obamacare aren’t going anywhere in the Senate—and leaving the House to keep fighting over it anyway.” But you’d never know that from his lengthy interview with Sean Hannity a little later. In fact, Cruz likened himself to Winston Churchill in vowing to fight the Affordable Care Act “on the beaches… on the streets… at every step.” He was curiously vague, however, about what specific efforts he'll make in the Senate.

Whether it's by accident or design, the "fair & balanced" Fox new script sometimes bears an uncanny resemblance to the official talking points of the Republican National Committee - even to the point of copying the same typos! As Media Matters has reported, this week's Fox & Friends special feature, political "rising stars," seems to dovetail nicely with a new Republican initiative to "attract a wider range of voters by promoting new Republican individuals and talent within the party." And despite Steve Doocy's claim that they would be showcasing individuals from both parties, today was the third puff piece that followed the same formula of the last two pieces that showcased GOP public officials who, if you believe Fox & Friends are absolutely awesome and have no problems whatsoever. Today, Steve Doocy drooled over Ohio's GOP Secretary of State Jon Husted whose attempts to engage in voter suppression were nicely whitewashed (pun intended!)

On yesterday’s Happening Now, co-host Greg Jarrett joined Fox News' war on the poor when he cited misleading data to suggest that poor people are living high on the hog, saying, “Sitting on the couch eating bonbons is now more financially lucrative” than working.
Read moreCavuto Mocks Concerns Sequester Cuts May Have Hindered Security At D.C. Navy Yard
Fox News’ own Jennifer Griffin yesterday reported that a Pentagon Inspector General’s investigation found that sequester budget cuts may have harmed security at Naval installations. “It certainly is raising a lot of questions about whether these budget cuts may have led to more lax security at places like the (Washington, D.C.) Navy Yard,” Griffin said. She was referring, of course, to questions surrounding how gunman Aaron Alexis was able to enter the Navy Yard and kill 12 people. But Neil Cavuto either missed that report or ignored it as he accused Democrats of shirking responsibility for the shootings – as if it were a foregone conclusion that the rampage was really the fault of President Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and/or House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi.

As sure as the sun rises in the east, Sean Hannity found ways to use the D.C. Navy Yard shooting to malign President Obama. And as sure as the sun sets in the west, Hannity played the victim card as camouflage for his attack. Unfortunately, for him and Karl Rove, the smear was handily thwarted and reframed by Juan Williams
