Sean Hannity was obviously tickled pink about a Daily Show segment in which a cast of New Yorkers satirically begged him not to leave New York. It was actually a hilariously devastating critique of him. But, apparently Hannity's vanity trumped all. Tonight, he played excerpts from the video – but with the comic criticism edited out.

Once again, a Public Policy Polling poll found that Fox News is both the most trusted and least trusted television news outlet. That’s because Republicans en masse choose it as “most trusted” and Democrats split their “most trusted” vote among the other networks. However, it’s also the news network that wins the distinction of being the clear choice for “least trusted” among Americans.

Bill O’Reilly last night insisted the "war on women stuff is a ruse," and there’s no pay disparity between women and men. But just when you might have wanted to start shouting at the TV set, he smacked down Republican Kate Obenshain with an impassioned argument that it’s time for the GOP to support raising the minimum wage. Or else forget winning the White House for decades.

The hypocrisy of the Christian right, and its mouthpiece Fox News, is truly amazing. After gay rights groups called for a boycott of Chick Fil-A, the right wing and Fox News went ballistic. Fox & Friends suggested that a boycott would be "un-American. A Chick Fil-A "appreciation day" was organized by Mike Huckabee who also organized a Facebook campaign to get the homophobic (it's biblical so it's OK) Duck Dynasty patriarch back on the show after First Amendment hating gays objected to Phil Roberston's comments. But now that a TX anti-choice organization is calling for a boycott of Girl Scout cookies, over a tweet in which they linked to a Huffington Post story naming Wendy Davis as one of several possible contenders for "woman of the year," Fox, so far, (it just broke) is mum - except for Megyn Kelly's denigration of the tweet (and Wendy Davis) before the boycott was announced. Fox has targeted the Scouts before, but now we have Wendy Davis as part of the meme. You just can't make this stuff up!

In case you thought that ObamaCare Derangement Syndrome was going to stop any time soon, Michele Bachmann revealed to the Hannity viewers last night that her pals in Congress will be taking the same futile vote over and over again.

In Bill O’Reilly’s “tip of the day,” last night, he announced – without bothering to provide any proof – that a big rise in enrollment in University of Colorado is because marijuana was just legalized in that state. Well, he didn't actually say he knew for sure, he just insinuated you'd have to be an idiot not to think so. Even though there are reasons not to think so.

Sadly, no sooner had Fox’s Greta Van Susteren taken an admirable and even courageous stand against her own Fox News colleague for his sexist attacks on Texas Democrat Wendy Davis, Van Susteren took to the airwaves that very night and threw her own cheap shots at Davis. Attacking Davis seems to have turned into a nightly ritual on Van Susteren’s On The Record show.

Fox Business’ Charles Gasparino visited Your World Monday to discuss Wall Street’s “bad bet” on Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2016. But while he was at it, Gasparino took cheap shots at New York City’s Mayor Bill de Blasio. Gasparino repeatedly called him “Comrade Bill de Blasio.” Even after host Neil Cavuto objected.

Of the 21 committees in the US House there is only one female chairperson and she was only appointed after the overabundance of testosterone was pointed out to the GOP. But, as Mike Huckabee told us, the GOP loves wimmin, and to prove it, the House GOP guys appointed Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers to be the chair of the House GOP Conference committee which is responsible for hosting meetings and "communicating the party's message to members." (We gals are so good at gracious entertaining!). And just to make sure that everybody knows that the GOP values women, McMorris-Rodgers gets to stand next to the orange hued John Boehner whenever he makes a public statement. And because she is a very special woman, she had the honor of presenting the official GOP response to the President's State of the Union Address - a response panned by Ann Coulter. But Fox News loved it, as evidenced by alleged Fox News host Martha MacCallum who gushed over McMorris-Rodgers who gushed about how the GOP affords women, more "choice."
