Last night, Jon Stewart paid a sober tribute to the Charlie Hebdo attacks and followed it with a brilliant (and hilarious) report on Nazi cows that - trust me - perfectly fit. But on Fox News, where the goal seems to be to leverage the Paris terrorism for maximum hatred – well, that was just more fodder for the hate machine.

Good on Bill O’Reilly – not just for veering away from Fox’s dishonest attempts to make the Prince Andrew sex case about Bill Clinton but for also shooting down those efforts.

Fox’s “objective” reporter Ed Henry twice got together with prime time hosts to make the Charlie Hebdo terror attack about Benghazi last night. Because on Fox, even a tragedy in France is about smearing President Obama.

Fox contributor Erick Erickson is a devout Christian who had his nice, white Christian panties in a knot about that nasty Newsweek article which had the audacity to point out how devout Christians cherry pick the Bible for their right wing ideology. In whining about this blasphemy on Fox & Friends, seminary student Erickson asserted that this article "lashed out" at Christians. But in yet another example of the type of Christian right hypocrisy described in the article, Erickson lashed out at the LGBT community which, he believes, are just as bad as those who perpetrated the Paris massacre. True story.

Just because Your World is supposed to be a business show is no reason not to politicize the Charlie Hebdo terrorist attack in France yesterday.

Discredited Islamophobe Steve Emerson visited the Hannity show tonight to discuss the Charlie Hebdo attack in Paris and whether or not France can take back its country, as Sean Hannity put it. Not only did Emerson think not, he thought the entire continent is a goner to Muslims.

But while Patton's time warp zeitgeist about that MRS degree seems amusing, her belief that young children should not be given information about rape because sexual assault of children isn't really rape is - uh - really sick!
