Fox & Friends Pimps Persecuted Christian Filmmakers - And Their Movie!
Add to the steady Fox & Friends parade of Christians, who are being persecuted by the slings and arrows of outrageous (popular Fox word) secularism, Christian filmmakers whose Christian film has been given an R rating by the Motion Picture Association of America. On this morning's Fox & Friends, Jesus BFF's Steve Doocy and Brain Brian Kilmeade (Per Colbert, the Doocemeade) hosted the Christian director of "My Son," a Christian movie made by the congregation, praise Jesus, of a Texas Baptist Church. The film, Jesus wept, got an R rating because of some violence and drug use and, as such, those connected to the effort are, according to Todd Starnes article which "broke" this shocking expose, shocked! So, where better to bring your vintage Christian whine about how this reflects an anti-Christian agenda than Fox & Friends. Not only will Fox get to advance its evil Hollywood meme, but the filmmakers will get lots of free publicity. Jesus applauds!
Read moreEric Bolling: If Only Obama Took His Syria Policy From Roger Ailes!
Ladies and gentlemen, Eric Bolling wears him some lipstick - and his favorite color is brown! Yesterday, in perhaps the greatest example of on-air butt kissing I have ever seen, Bolling decided that his boss, Roger Ailes, had revealed the answer to the crisis in Syria in 2012 in his authorized biography (the one Fox keeps touting in an effort to counteract the unauthorized one due out in 2014) that was released earlier this year.
Read moreBachmann: President Obama Always Sides With Muslim Brotherhood
Last weekend, Michele Bachmann proved herself an utter embarrassment to our country when, during a Tea Party delegation visit to Egypt, she wrongly suggested that the Muslim Brotherhood was responsible for the 9/11 attacks on the United States. But on Monday (9/9/11), Bachmann visited On The Record where she was treated as a credible authority on the Middle East and now accused President Obama of “choos(ing) the side of the Muslim Brotherhood” in every situation possible. There was no challenge to her outrageous accusation.
Read moreMartha MacCallum Pimps Syrian Crisis As Sign Of End Times, Push For Caliphate
Just when you think that Fox News - and I'm talking the official "news" format - can't get any more absurd, along comes something so extraordinarily ridiculous that you just have to ask yourself "are they f**king kidding?!" Such was the case, on yesterday's America Live, when Martha MacCallum actually promoted, with a straight face, the notion that what's happening in Syria is a - wait for it - sign of the end times and the push for a radical Islamic caliphate. And this isn't the first time that this bullshit has been promoted. On Monday, Fox's Neil Cavuto credulously reacted to the "amazing" claims, by Christian Zionist apocalypse huckster, former assistant to Benjamin Netanyahu, and author, Joel Rosenberg, that what's happening in Syria could be a fulfillment of biblical prophesies about the end of days. But Cavuto's show is Fox "opinion" unlike MacCallum's show which is supposedly straight news - not religious broadcasting. Then again, Fox does know its demographics.
Read moreOliver North Laments That Syria Crisis ‘Distracts Us’ From Benghazi And GOP’s IRS Scandal
Poor Oliver North. All this talk about President Obama’s Syria speech and military strikes has distracted our country from what’s important. Not jobs or the economy. No, the vital topics that we should be discussing, according to him, are the Republicans’ trumped up Benghazi and IRS scandals.
Read moreBrian Kilmeade: Denial Of Permit For Anti-Muslim Bikers' DC 9/11 Tribute Ride Is "Political"
In the us vs. them world of Fox News, the "us" consists of patriotic, Christian Americans who are constantly being assailed by secular, gay, and Islamic forces who get preferential treatment at the expense of said patriotic, Christian Americans. But thank God for Fox News which is there to expose this special treatment which, in the case of Muslims, just might be part of a nefarious "political agenda" originating in the Muslim symp office of our secret Muslim President. At least that's what Brain Brian "all terrorists are Muslims" Kilmeade suggested on this morning's Fox & Friends, where he advanced the latest anti-Muslim, right wing outrage over the denial, by local and national Washington DC apparatchiks, of a permit requested by bikers for their 9/11 memorial bike ride through DC - a ride that is also a counter protest to a fringe Muslim group who have a protest scheduled for today. That the Muslims got a permit and the patriotic bikers didn't could be - wait for it - part of "political agenda."

Self-styled “great American” Sean Hannity is worried that with the possibility of war on the table, his Tea Party viewers might forget that they need to rally against health insurance for everybody else.
Read moreFox News Assuages Hate Group Fears That Fox News Is Going Gay?
Back in August, a report, written by the head of an SPLC designated homophobic hate group Peter Labarbera, surfaced. This report, titled "Unfair, Unbalanced and Afraid:Fox News’ Growing Pro-Homosexual Bias and the National Lesbian & GayJournalists Association," was a 92 page screed about how Fox News, to put it succinctly, was going gay. Much of the report focused on Megyn Kelly and how she supposedly was showing unfair bias towards the nefarious gay agenda. So inquiring minds want to know if it's by accident or design that, since that report reared its ugly head, Fox News has gone even more homophobic in response to this report which is a reflection of the homophobia of many in the Fox News conservative Christian demographic base. Consider this, since the publication of the report, Fox's resident homophobe and all-American patriot, Todd Starnes seems to have been given lots more exposure. (Ewwww)
