Andrea Tantaros joined the Fox News Sore Losers Club yesterday as she went on a rant that suggested that women only voted for President Obama because they wanted free birth control and that Obama exploited them by indulging their filthy habits!

Oh, woe is me, gentle reader! Is Sean Hannity going to spend the next four years trotting out all his Obama-bogeyman stories, and venting about why the American voters were so stupid as not to have paid any attention to them? Last night it was voter intimidation by Black Panthers, a four-year-old issue which has been dredged up again, and he chose to try that one out on Herman Cain, with mixed results.

Bob Woodward was back on the Hannity show last night. And while I’m not happy Woodward continues to ignore the kinds of sleazy tactics that Sean Hannity employs on a regular basis – and thus gives him a stamp of legitimacy he doesn’t deserve – Woodward very directly and unequivocally smacked down Hannity’s attempts to blame the “liberal media” for President Obama’s re-election.

Craig Ungar has an excellent article in Salon.com that explains why the second biggest loser Tuesday night was political mastermind and moneymaker Karl Rove. In short, Rove poured $400 million into the election and has little to show for it. Republicans lost the presidency and failed to gain the Senate.

The reelection of Barack Obama was less than 24 hours old; but that didn't stop Fox & Friends from trotting out their right wing talking points and baseless accusations against the president which were cleverly worked into a piece about American "coming together" - a concept made laughable by the ongoing attempts of Fox News to divide this country along racial, ethnic, religious, and economic lines while accusing those that they attack of being divisive. This was demonstrated on yesterday's Fox & Friends where Roger Ailes' personal attorney, litigator for the NY Archdiocese and Knight Of Malta Peter Johnson Jr. and Roger Ailes' "attack poodle" Steve Doocy did exactly that in yet another example of how Fox & Friends is "the morning happy-talk show that Ailes uses as one of his primary vehicles to inject his venom into the media bloodstream."

From wrong-headed predictions to "liberal-media bias" whining, The Daily Show nailed BMN (Bull**** Mountain News) aka Fox News coverage of the election. Plus, a hilarious imitation of Dick Morris!

Gabriel Sherman has an interesting article about what went on behind the scenes last night when Karl Rove had a hissy fit over Fox News calling Ohio and the presidency for Barack Obama. It not only reveals how Fox adjudicated a dispute between a partisan operative and what appeared to be a legitimate news operation but also just how much partisan operating Karl Rove did during what was supposed to be neutral election coverage - and despite the fact that he is usually presented with the bland description of "political contributor" or "political analyst."

Neil Cavuto went on Don Imus' Fox Business show this morning and defended Fox pundits' wildly incorrect predictions about the 2012 election, including Dick Morris'. Imus asked, "Why should I ever believe... anything Karl Rove or Dick Morris or Newt Gingrich or Laura Ingraham or any of those morons have to say?"

In the Fox News sour grapes, foreign policy department, Fox News contributor John Bolton (unidentified as an advisor to Mitt Romney) visited the Happening Now show to discuss, what host Jenna Lee uncritically quoted as his statement that "our adversaries are breathing a sigh of relief" over the re-election of President Obama. They both forgot to point out that our allies did, too.

Fox News' Todd Starnes greeted the news of President Obama's re-election with a real show of patriotism: Calling for impeachment proceedings.
