The Young Turks Destroy O'Reilly's Attempt To Blame Homeless On De Blasio

The Young Turks shredded The O'Reilly Factor's phony investigation into homelessness at Penn Station. "Fox News is garbage," host Ana Kasparian concluded. Cohost John Iadarola noticed some similarities between "investigator" Jesse Watters and American Psycho's Patrick Bateman.

As we noted, TYT also called out the segment as a hit job. Kasparian said, "All this was, was a (Mayor) Bill de Blasio smear campaign at the expense of homeless people living at a train station."

Iadarola noticed similarities between American Psycho's Patrick Bateman and Watters. Watters' body language reminded Iadarola of Bateman just before he knifed a homeless man. "That is exactly the body language there of Jesse Watters. He couldn’t wait to knife this (homeless) guy, not physically, but in terms of how he’s going to make him and other people like him look when he goes back to the studio.”

Beyond the heartlessness toward the homeless and the racial dog whistles Watters blew throughout his hit piece, it turns out that the rise in homelessness has nothing to do with de Blasio.

Iadarola quoted from Vox, which said this might be the worst Fox News segment ever:

A 2015 report by the Coalition of the Homeless showed that, although homelessness appeared to stabilize between 2014 and 2015, it's trended way up for decades — long before de Blasio took office in January 2014. While the city's population grew by about 16 percent between 1990 and 2014, the number of homeless people tracked in the New York City shelter system more than tripled during this time.

Furthermore, as Crooks and Liars noted, de Blasio's policies are beginning to reverse the trend.

Watch O'Reilly and Watters get their just desserts below.

From Antoinette’s comment:

“The building address should change to 666.”

LOL! Good one! And furthermore, if my memory serves me correctly (and it usually does), 21st Century Fox’s corporate headquarters ARE LOCATED ON SIXTH AVE. in New York City, are they not?

;^)

Well, since BOR absolutely hates de Blasio and has been out to get him for some time now, I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised that BOR would eventually figure out another angle to go at him. But this piece of crap “investigative journalism” by BOR and Watters was embarrassingly awful and deserves to be ridiculed. Thanks, TYT, for the actual facts and for exposing BOR’s hit piece for what it is…garbage.

It will be interesting to see if BOR brings up TYT report on his show. If he does, Kasparian and Iadarola will most likely be called hateful, far-left smear merchants. LOL!

I recall starting to see a lot of homeless people during the Reagan administration. I’m sure St. Ronnie had nothing to do with it, of course.

Billy must wonder why his life is so miserable. We can see why his marriage failed. He’s a worthless man.

The Second Floor has to deal with this miserable old goat on a daily basis. He needs to retire and spend the rest of his miserable life at his mansion on Long Island-alone.

May Intern Jesse wind up homeless and living on the streets for the rest of his miserably, unworthy life. We hope he loses everything, including his job.

We rather associate with homeless people than these Satanic Workplace Bullies at this demonic skyscraper in midtown Manhattan.

The so-called cafeteria Catholics at this worthless channel are pure demons, including the suits and mouthpieces.

The building address should change to 666.

I actually saw this segment on the O’Loofah rerun at 11 o’ clock. My jaw was hanging open by the end of it. My guess is O’Loofah was furious by the recent Supreme Court decisions, the taking down of the Confed flag, and especially the lighting of the White House in rainbow colors. So he got his “crack” staff together and decided to show a hit piece demonizing blacks as homeless, mentally ill and drug-addicted and throw in some good, upstanding white people who were allegedly “harassed” by the homeless in a train station. Throw in a couple of smears of DeBlasio. All of this, however, was pointed and inferred to be Pres. Obama’s doing, and progressives in general. I said it at the time also, this is probably the worst thing I’ve seen on Faux in a long, long time.

According to Bildo and his butt boy Jesse, the NYC homeless:
1. are universally black
2. support themselves through welfare and petty crime
3. use illegal drugs

If a college freshman journalism student turned that crappy piece in as a class project, he/she would get a failing grade.
