Megyn Kelly was merely pointing out the irony of the fact that if a shooting was in progress, a teacher would be breaking the rules if he or she prayed with the children. I didn’t see it as “conservative spin,” but intended as a comparison between something as harmless as prayer being forbidden while a potentially harmful or fatal event was unfolding.

My only problem with what she said is that she called the 3 year old girl a “toddler.” A toddler is a child who has just learned to walk, or hasn’t quite perfected the art of walking yet. Any child who can stand on a toilet seat is long past toddlerhood.
