- Shorter MucCulloch: I didn’t want to prosecute but I got the grand jury to (not) do it for me.
- Why hasn’t McCullogh demanded Wilson’s resignation? If killing Brown isn’t a crime, it should certainly be grounds for getting sacked.

I should add that every single one of the major MSNBC hosts — Matthews, O’Donnell, Maddow, etc. — is very good indeed at handling breaking news, including little Chris Hayes live at in the middle of the chaos in Ferguson tonight.

Megyn Kelly tonight, covering for Hannity in anchoring the news coverage at 10:00, goofed-up big-time, referring to the location of the shooting as “the scene of the crime.” Heh.
Interestingly, she’s not very good at anchoring breaking news coverage.
