As I posted late last night, Karl Rove threw a hissy fit when Fox News called Ohio and then the race for President Obama. On MSNBC, Rachel Maddow nailed the most troubling aspects of that scenario.
Maddow said:
What’s happening on the right is that one of the on-air contributors at the Fox News Channel is one of the single largest outside contributors in favor of Mitt Romney, who is Karl Rove, who is now trying to get – on air – the Fox News Channel to rescind its call in Ohio in favor of the candidate that he has bankrolled to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.
In other words, a guy with a professional stake in the outcome of the election was overtly interfering with the news coverage of the network that employs him. And rather than brush his partisan concerns aside, Fox humored him. Can you imagine if one of Fox News' liberals did this? It's hard to imagine any of them doing it in the first place. But if they did, I feel certain we would not see anchor Megyn Kelly taking a trip to the "Decision Desk" to assuage his or her concerns.
At least so far, Fox has not rescinded that call. However, they are reporting on voter fraud in Ohio and I have no doubt they'd go along with Rove if they could possibly find a fig leaf of credibility to hide under at the same time.
MSNBC Hosts Mock Fox News 'Talent' Karl Rove For Refusing To Accept Network's Victory Call For Obama
The hosts of MSNBC's election coverage caught wind of the ongoing feud at Fox News Channel between Karl Rove and the network's decision desk over the validity of calling Ohio for President Barack Obama.

Heck, could you imagine FoxNoise’s reaction if an Obama financial backer and on-air MSNBC contributor demanded that the network which called North Carolina for Romney then change it to Obama? The FoxNoise kkkrew would have their collective panties in a bunch and demand that MSNBC never allow that contributor to appear again.
