As usual, Jon Stewart is willing to say what the rest of the timid media is not - and it's hilarious. Starting with his title description of Rush Limbaugh as, "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Gross." Stewart says. "Reimburse me for the Iraq war and oil subsidies and diaphragms... are on me." He's also got some devastating commentary aimed at some Fox News pundits such as Bill O'Reilly, Father Jonathan Morris and especially Megyn Kelly. Funny and true!

Depressed? Not feeling chipper this morning? Hate every living thing? Fear not! Sarah Palin speaksâ¦
CNN interviewed Sarah Palin at her Wasilla, Alaska, polling station tonight, and the one-time governor and veep nominee couldn’t help but make news. “Anything is possible,” she said, regarding a 2012 presidential run, adding that she wouldn’t “close any doors” should the current Republican candidates fail to lock down the nomination by the convention this August in Tampa. The Fox News star also defended embattled radio show host Rush Limbaugh: “I think the definition of hypocrisy is for Rush Limbaugh to have been called out, forced to apologize and retract what it is that he said in exercising his First Amendment rights, and never is that applied to the leftist radicals who say such horrible things about the handicapped, about women, about the defenseless.”

Loved the part where he contrasted Megyn Kelly’s past defense of maternity leave with her position on coverage for contraception. And he also featured our favorite (and only) Fox clergyman, Father Jonathan Morris talking about Fluke’s sexual activity – which, of course, she never alluded to.

This is right up there with Stewart’s “puppet master” skit. Pure genius!

I think Stewart nailed it. Kelly deserves the most contempt, by far. She’s getting what she’s helping her network fight against. She stood up for women when she was the one being slut-shamed by her co-workers.
Now someone else is arguing for what she got, on the same argument, and she’s not only the person being the most vicious (being a woman who was once in that place herself is a 50 point head start), but when I added up everyone’s airtime on this… she’s given it the most. By more than 15 minutes.
Stewart’s a lot nicer than me on that particular point. I would have cancelled the interview just to have the extra 10 minutes for screaming into the camera at her.
