Jon Stewart did a terrific job of calling out Mike Huckabee on his hypocrisy. Not just because Huckabee attacked the morality of Beyoncé's music while performing with Ted Nugent. But Stewart confronted Huckabee about what's at the heart of his judgment: dislike of a part of America.

These people aren’t familiar with the concept of hypocrisy because their whole society would fall apart if they considered it. Among local politicians, small businesspeople, and churchgoers the custom of “Bullshitting” is predominant. Professing what you think people want to hear, rather than actually telling them what you think. My own mother was an alcoholic in a teetotaler church, for example. John’s fighting a losing battle. Concepts have to get unanimous group acceptance in Bubbaland. Good luck with that.

Funny, when I saw Nugent at the Nassau Coliseum in the late 70’s, there were a hell of a lot of teenagers there. And on FM radio, Cat Scratch Fever, Wang Dang Sweet Poontang, and Wango Tango were staples on the playlists. Adult music Huckabuck???? Yeah right.

Cat Scratch Fever is “adult” music? Whatever you say, Mike. Whatever you say.

I could not believe how enormously fat Huckabee’s gotten! When people first started paying attention to him nationally, he was getting all kinds of kudos and praise for having lost a huge amount of weight. But looks like he’s gained every bit of it back and more. So looks like we’re going to have two massive fatsos in the GOP presidential primaries.

He callsTed’s music adult music. Well guess what? That song was played all the time when it first came out on big midwest “BUBBA” AM station with the call letters of WLS. A station that was listened to by over a million teenagers everyday in the 70’s.
So guess what Mike, you are an out right lying bullshitter. If Larry Lujack was still alive today he would tell you so to your face.

Huckabee seemed to be getting angry with Stewart. He was not used to being confronted by his hypocrisy. He was frustrated being in the presence of a genuine smart logical person with the guts to question rather than adore his holiness.

Stewart also confronted what's behind Huckabee's hypocrisy: a fundamental disapproval of a large part of America.
