I can’t believe that there is a teacher who has students believing they are critiquing a serious journalistic piece when anyone who watches very many of the “Watters’ World” segments knows that they are just fluffy pieces meant to bring a little humor to the program. The most anyone could really take from these segments is that there are clueless people all over the country, and yes, at least a half dozen in Vermont too. It is so sad that this is what “Quantum Leap Exhibit Program” students think is a journalistic reply, especially since they violated many of the same code of ethics they cite.
