Herman Cain appeared on the Hannity show Wednesday night (1/4/12) where he announced his latest venture: Cain’s Solutions Revolution, supposedly to answer the call to “Keep 9-9-9 alive.” There's a bus - “with my picture on it!” Cain boasted. According to Politico, there’s going to be a bus tour, too. But Sean Hannity, who pretended to be excitedly awaiting disclosure of Cain’s big announcement – and later let slip he knew about it all along – never got around to discussing that. Nor did Cain. The fact is that this new project looks like it's far more about Cain than 9-9-9 or anything else.
“I’m starting a new movement,” Cain said with his characteristic braggadocio. “The biggest comment when I ended my candidacy was, ‘Keep 9-9-9 alive.’ That’s what this is about and I’m gonna keep it alive with what I’m calling Cain’s Solutions Revolution. He later said that Americans want to hear more discussion about “solutions” in political discourse. “So we are going to take the solutions and we are going to make the solutions the star.”
Forgive me, Herman, but I can't help thinking you’re really making yourself the star. When Hannity revealed, “You have a bus,” and pulled out a photo of it (thus giving away that he knew about the Solutions Revolution before the big announcement had been made), you said, “Yes, sir. Got a bus with my picture on it!” And never mentioned what the bus was for – other than to drive around a huge photo of yourself. That photo was by far the most prominent feature on the bus. I also couldn’t help but notice that the bus' lettering of "CAIN'S" was twice as large as “solutions revolution.”
Politico’s Juana Summers noted that this bus looks a lot like Cain’s campaign bus that “he used on the trail until the day he pulled up in it at the early December rally in Atlanta when he ended his campaign.” His new website for this endeavor – which also has way more about Cain than “solutions” - may also look familiar. Summers pointed out that it is “nearly identical to his presidential campaign website, which was still live until recently.” She added, “Another website, CainSolutions.com, announced the day Cain ended his presidential bid, has yet to go live.”
Later in the interview, as Hannity questioned what part Cain might play in the upcoming presidential campaign, he said, “The ‘how’ (of solutions) is what’s not being answered and that’s what Cain’s Solutions Revolution is going to focus on, give people something to be excited about.”
But moments later, Cain said the whole “solutions revolution” was really about not allowing President Obama to have a “cakewalk” to re-election.
Not that Hannity seemed to notice or care about the discrepancy. He gushed, “So you’re not going away! We’ve not heard the last of Herman Cain.” He even helped remember the URL of Cain’s new website for him.
I’m going to go out on a limb and guess that Fox News decided against hiring Cain.
Ignored? Man, there are loyal posters who have been here for years. And I don’t see a rewrite here, either. Looking, not finding.
Come back and make cogent points. This was fairly pathetic for an opposing comment. I don’t see you as a troll, BTW. I’m glad you’re here to disagree. My other user name is Fallacy. I would love to have you look up the Fallacy Tutorial on the internet, and you’ll be able to debate better. But then your critical thinking skills will improve and you will support Huntsman instead of Herman the Clown.
The wheels on ma bus keeps fallin’ off, fallin’ off, Fallin’ off.
The wheels on ma bus keeps fallin’ off, fallin’ off, fallin’ off ….
This fool continues to deny that he chased after other women, and told the masses they were all lies. If they were all lies, why hasn’t he sued them for libel and slander? What is he afraid of? Is there some truth to this Ginger White story?
The Stop Hannity Express will continue to pursue the Cain/White scandal until the truth comes out. We will ask the conservatives masses on the streets and on radio this burning question:
“Why has Herman Cain sued Ginger White?”
The conservatives masses have told us they still have doubts about Koch Cain and some believe the allegations about him and White are true.
High End Hannocchio is trying to bury this scandal, but we won’t.
NOTE TO MEDIA PARTNERS
1. Where did Cain get the money for his new “organization”?
2. Was it funded by campaign money?
3. What is the cost of his bus? A bus that size is not cheap.
4. How is he earning money from this “organization”?
NOTE TO HANNITY
If Cain can’t earn a living pimping his 9-9-9 plan, he can always work as a servant for the Hannity klan.
