Is there anyone who cares what two-time voter-fraud suspect Ann Coulter thinks about immigration? Although her bio says she formerly worked on immigration issues, she's really known for her flame-throwing at liberals - while tossing around her bleached-blonde tresses and clad in something low cut. In other words, she gave up any claim to serious punditry many, many slurs ago. In fact, in less than a minute, she showed her utter ignorance of the border situation by blaming the media for the lack of a fence along the U.S. southern border.
Wagging her head wildly, Coulter said:
I love how the media's sort of convinced Americans that building a wall on the border - 'that's crazy, it's like sending a man to Mars. We can't do that.' Why is this treated as something that is so outside of the bound of rationality?
Apparently, Coulter pays about as much attention to border facts as she does to where she's supposed to vote. Because otherwise, she'd know that border residents don't want a wall and that it would be wildly impractical - even if it were to be effective and worth the cost.
For example, the San Francisco Chronicle reported in 2006 that people in a position to know about border issues are against it:
Mike Allen, director of the McAllen (Texas) Economic Development Corp., said leaders from along the Rio Grande agreed at a recent gathering: "Every single mayor from Brownsville to El Paso is against it.
"We want people to support our immigration laws because we live here," said Allen, who lives a half-mile from the border. "But this will be a tremendous waste of money, and it will not stop (illegal) immigration. People will just go around it."
...
Outside Douglas, Ariz., ranchers Warner and Wendy Glenn have seen the number of illegal immigrants crossing their land skyrocket over the past decade. The Glenns rely on the Border Patrol but enforcement doesn't stop the influx; it just shifts where migrants cross, Wendy Glenn said.
A "monster fence" would block migration paths for deer, javelina, coyotes and mountain lions, and damage the sensitive desert ecosystem; accompanying new patrol roads could even create easier routes for smugglers, she said.
The Los Angeles Times found similar views in an article called, "In Texas, Little Support for Putting Up Fences."
Along the Rio Grande, residents say the barrier approved by Congress would sever cultural and economic ties, and cut off access to the river… Few Americans are more fed up with the unending human caravan of illegal immigration - or more familiar with its macabre toll - than rancher Mike Vickers. Multitudes of bedraggled migrants cut through his South Texas homestead every day to skirt U.S. Border Patrol checkpoints on their journey north, and many do not make it out alive. Vickers has found frightened children sitting in fields alone, abandoned. His dogs once brought home a human head. He very badly wants to stop the trail of death and despair that passes by his doorstep. But when he considers the wisdom of building twin steel walls along the Rio Grande to seal off the Mexican border... his verdict is swift and harsh: stupid idea.
"That's just a big waste of money," said Vickers, a Texas Republican activist who heads a group opposed to illegal immigration that until recently was the state branch of the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps.
Not that Hannity seemed to care. He was too busy egging her on to accuse Democrats of favoring illegal immigration in order to beef up their base.

Coulter Bashes Liberals Over Immigration On Fox: They're Back To 'Old Tricks And Trying To Release Criminals'
Ann Coulter sat down with Sean Hannity tonight to talk about new Republican proposals on immigration reform, especially in the wake of comments made by Jeb Bush this week. Coulter and Hannity agreed that any GOP plan needs to prioritize border enforcement first before getting around to the millions of illegal immigrants already in the United States.
This push by Sen. Lindsay Graham for amnesty of the hypothetical 11 million illegal aliens (this is well underestimated as stated by many citizens/legalized residents and hundreds of grassroots organizations) But 11 m has been heavily publicized by the nationwide media, when its more proportionate to around 20to 25 million illegal aliens but not legal immigrants. Graham was an early entry of the gang of eight that included Sen. John McCain and the majority of the Democrats infiltrated by the Liberal Progressives, who see no difference in the long suffering jobless, Americans and the mass of illegal invaders that have over decade’s disfranchised U.S. labor. Since the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) and all the asphyxiating post years, there have been many positive and endless negative laws associated with this issue. It’s obvious to the majority of “erudite” population that all laws regarding immigration, where they only found furtively passage. Only if it’s not causing any problems to hiring for the giant agricultural complexes, the mega and small companies that hired unauthorized labor. If an avid investigative reporters were interested in finding the corruption under the numerous political slimy rocks, they would locate deep reservoirs of rot; Politicians being buying favors by derailing any practical, efficient policies that make financial senses? And of course NOT JUST ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION?
There is no justification from Washington not to amend THE BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP LAW, which can save hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayer’s money. Just by adding a few words to the 14th Amendment, that only the children of a U.S. citizen can attain immediate citizenship. On a daily basis Americans are the money machine for illegal alien families, whose child once a citizen supplements the low income invaders. This is no small financial thing, as taxpayers are forced by the courts to pay for the delivery, the education, health care and cash entitlements. The Mother conceives again and again once in America, so she ends up with a lump sum that feeds, houses and produces more benefits for the whole family; once settled here, there is little chance of being deported. The Save Act is another new law, which covers THE LEGAL WORKFORCE ACT and contains E-Verify. A systematic mandatory computer program that red flags illegal workers, giving warning to the business owners that this job seeker must be checked out with the Social Security Admin and Homeland Security. The recruit is given ample time to resolve this matter or he must be dismissed from the employment.
ISN’T IT VERY STRANGE THAT THERE IS THE LIKELIHOOD OF IMMIGRATION REFORM OR THE NIGHTMARE OF ANOTHER TREASURY DEPLETING AMNESTY, BUT THESE TRAITORS CANNOT PASS LAWS THAT WILL DRAIN THE ILLEGAL ALIEN INVASION TO A TRICKLE

The NumbersUSA website continually publicizes articles from its huge membership, and has drafted this interesting piece entitled “Lindsey Graham doing everything possible to avoid constituents, By Melanie Oubre on Friday, March 8, 2013, 1:20 PM EST
“Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina has been leading the charge for amnesty since the beginning of the year. He is a member of the Senate’s Gang of 8, which laid out their amnesty proposal- calling it a “pathway to citizenship”- in January. Since all of this immigration reform talks started, Lindsey Graham has not held a town hall in South Carolina to get his constituents’ views on the issue. He has not done a survey through his Congressional website on immigration either. The reason for this is obvious: Senator Graham already knows where his constituents stand on amnesty. They don’t want it. And he doesn’t care. The Senate’s Gang of 8, which also includes Senators John McCain and Marco Rubio, has not actually introduced a bill yet. They set a self-imposed deadline of March 21st to get a bill written and introduced. March 21st falls on a Thursday. For the two full weeks after that date, Congress will be on recess. This means two full weeks of town hall meetings, Congress on your Corners, and constituent meetings. This is great! The bill will finally be revealed to the public, and the American people have two weeks to learn what’s in the bill and tell their lawmakers how they feel. What a great opportunity for democracy! Unfortunately, Senator Graham and the rest of Gang of 8 disagree with me. On Tuesday, they changed the plan. The Associated Press reported that the group will not meet their deadline, and instead the American people should expect a bill after the recess in April. Senator Graham is being very honest on why they did this.
From the AP story: “This legislation is certain to be controversial and may spark passionate opposition from other lawmakers, constituents at town halls and elsewhere. “Such opposition helped sink the last congressional attempt at overhauling immigration laws, in 2007. So even if it were finished in time, Graham said it wasn’t a good idea to release the bill before a two-week recess. “You don’t want to leave it hanging out for two weeks to get shot up,” he said. Sen. Graham knows what is going to be in the bill, and he knows the American people aren’t going to like it. He certainly knows that his constituents in South Carolina aren’t going to like it. So, he is going to do all he can to avoid answering to the public. Everyone saw what happened to John McCain when he held a town hall two weeks ago in Arizona. His constituents were furious that he is pushing for amnesty, and they didn’t even know the extent of the amnesty yet. Shockingly, Sen. Graham has no town halls scheduled. I tried to call today to double check, giving him the benefit of the doubt, but I couldn’t get through to his offices. All of my calls went straight to a voice machine. Senator Graham doesn’t want to face voters back in his state. A state with one of the highest unemployment rates in the country. Some Southern States where nearly 15.8% of its residents are unemployed or underemployed. He realizes that there is a huge void between his top priority- giving work permits and amnesty to 11 million illegal aliens- and the top priority of people in South Carolina – getting South Carolinians back to work. Dennis Michael Lynch is a film maker who made the documentary They Come to America about illegal immigration. He went down to South Carolina and talked to the people Sen. Graham is ignoring. Here is a clip from the sequel, They Come to America II. Call Sen. Graham and ask him to hold a town hall and remind him who he works for – the people of South Carolina. Not big business and not the open borders lobby.”

Answer: Because it is. It is wildy expensive and totally ineffective. The racist teabaggers either don’t know this or simply don’t care.
What’s the matter, Sean? Your usual immigration expert (Sarah Palin) wasn’t available?

High End Hannocchio’s longtime girlfriend Annie returns for the 100th time to spew more comedic, illogical rhetoric on topics.
This spinster’s influence with the Jim Crow Tea Nuts and conservatives is waning. The hardcore wingnuts weren’t happy with her support of gays in GoProud. They turned on her. Rand Paul has replaced dear, old Annie as the new kid-on-the-block. His name is trending more on Twitter than her’s.
If it weren’t for Hannocchio, this side dish would be joining Dicky Morris in obscurity.
Maltzberg and other insiders know the truth about Annie. She is not the strong conservative mouthpiece she portrays on television and radio. She is weak when it comes to interacting with certain male individuals, and she knows what we mean.
Coming down the pipe:
1. Trouble inside Fox “News” Channel becomes public.
2. A Fox “News” regular caught in the act.
3. GOP vs. a Fox “News” host.
4. Rupy faces another major crisis.
5. More damage control from Fox “News” Channel.
NOTE TO HANNIE
Birds of a feather, flock together.
As a border resident I note that 50% of undocumented persons enter the US by airplane, and fail to leave when their VISA expires. When the rest of the US deals with THAT problem, then come back to the border and ask us about putting up more ugly fence.
