Yesterday, Fox News’ Your World show discussed a federal appeals court keeping a block on President Obama’s immigration order. Before long, Fox’s Judge Andrew Napolitano began promoting impeaching Obama. With the support of host Neil Cavuto. 

Napolitano has repeatedly promoted impeaching Obama. So Cavuto should not have been surprised that the issue came up during this discussion.

“The President is breaking the law,” Napolitano told Cavuto and the Fox News viewers. “That’s what two judges said in the United States Court of Appeals.”

”So what does that mean?” Cavuto asked. “He’s got to ship them back in that event or let the deportation process continue?”

And, surprise! That opened the door for Napolitano to promote impeachment.

NAPOLITANO: What’s the remedy when the President doesn’t do what he took an oath to do? It’s a Congressional remedy. It’s the “I” word that nobody wants to talk about, it’s impeachment.”

Cavuto did not challenge this drastic step.  Instead, he gave Napolitano the stamp of approval. “Amazing!” Cavuto gushed. “He (Napolitano) can take the most complicated issue and get it solved in a minute!”

There it is, the dream of Republicans and Fox: impeachment.
