Fox host Bill Hemmer came up with a creative way to spread hate against all Muslims: blame the moderates for not “coming to the street on a daily basis” to condemn radical Muslims.
On the supposedly objective America’s Newsroom, Hemmer sounded off on President Obama’s speech on Sunday.
“Don’t tell us there’s no war against Islam, we know that!” Hemmer sneered.
“We know that,” co-anchor Martha MacCallum parroted.
Then Hemmer got to suggesting that there should be such a war.
“This target is every specific. These are radical elements within the faith," Hemmer began. But then he began to go off on the rest of Islam: "And not enough moderate Islam, moderate Muslims are coming to the street on a daily basis saying this does not represent us. If we had more of that, we would go a long way to curing what we’re watching right now.”
Hemmer then started blaming Muslims for future terror attacks: “But until that happens we’re not gonna get there. We’re gonna have another another San Bernardino.”
“Absolutely,” MacCallum agreed.
“Unfortunately we may have another Paris,” Hemmer continued.
MacCallum nodded in agreement.
“This is gonna go on and on and on. We’ll look for answers for you throughout the next couple of hours here,” Hemmer added.
“And discuss the possibility of greater ramifications for those who don’t talk about what they know within that community,” MacCallum said, reinforcing the message.
This is from the hosts whom Megyn Kelly recently claimed “could not be more fair.”
