On Monday’s Your World (12/19/11), "Democratic" strategist Pat Caddell followed up his Hannity appearance, in which he announced that the White House Chief of Staff and the national security head should be arrested, with a promotion of his editorial, written with fellow Fox “Democrat” Doug Schoen, urging a grassroots effort in New Hampshire to write in Hillary Clinton's name during the Jan. 10 Democratic primary. Never mind that Caddell and Schoen concede that Clinton “has expressed no interest in running.” Never mind that even host Neil Cavuto made it clear he couldn’t take the proposal seriously. It had the potential to hurt President Obama so what’s not to like if you’re Fox News?
Cavuto said to Caddell early on in the discussion, "You do realize this is not going to happen?”
"It may not happen, but we're making the case,” Caddell said.
Cavuto interrupted. "Why do you keep pushing this?"
As a banner on the screen read, “NEW CALLS TO ORGANIZE WRITE-IN CAMPAIGN FOR HILLARY CLINTON,” Caddell said, "Because New Hampshire has a history of write ins. We believe as Democrats that Hillary Clinton is a far better - first of all, she’s much stronger than President Obama in the general election. Secondly, she works with the Republicans. She's the most respected person. She could help heal the gap… The President can get re-elected right now. If you ask me to bet, I’d bet on it, but he will have to tear the country apart to do it and he won’t be able to govern."
Caddell obviously wanted to pimp a website dedicated to the cause. "There's a lot of support on the Internet. There's …a place people can go right now to draft Hillary Clinton… I think it will be helpful…"
Unfortunately for Caddell, he never had the chance to give out the URL.
Cavuto argued, "But he'll (Obama) go down to defeat."
"Not necessarily,” Caddell answered. “Obama needs to be sent a message."
Cavuto said, "I think you're just stirring the pot, which you're very good at that."
Caddell said, "I would never do that." No, he just promotes this same scheme ad nauseum – a scheme that just happens to give him cover as a Democrat at the same time that it allows him to undermine President Obama’s candidacy.
What poll did Caddell see showing that Clinton would do better than Obama? It never got mentioned.
As Alex Pareene in Salon wrote, “As we all know, Republicans love cheerfully working with the Clintons for the good of the nation. When a Clinton’s in the White House, partisan politics are always put aside!”
Of course, Pat — that was proven in the 2008 general election.
Oh, wait . . .
.
This fraud is not a Democrat, but a lapdog to Nixon-trainee Roger Ailes.
What these Fox “News” fools are trying to do is divide the vote by urging the masses to write-in Hillary Clinton. It won’t work because Democrats are on to these Fox “News” frauds.
Since Ailes and company want to play these games, we will too. We encourage all the masses to contact Ron Paul’s campaign and urge him to run as a third party candidate.
NOTE TO FOX “NEWS” FRAUDS
We know how you clowns operate. Your sad excuse for producers need to be terminated.
