Perhaps in an attempt to cover all its anti-Obama bases, FoxNews.com gave its State of the Union coverage two contradictory headlines. One makes Obama look like a reckless dictator ready to ignore the will of the people. The other paints him as essentially impotent.

The main lede warns that Obama will pursue unilateral action: "I'LL ACT ON MY OWN: Obama vows to use pen to push through agenda." Fox is fear mongering that our out-of-control president is about to shove his (socialist, anti-American) agenda down our throats. 

But at the same time, three lines below, another headline makes Obama look toothless and weak: "Fact Check: Obama's planned exec actions would accomplish less than meets the eye."
