Fox News contributor Erick Erickson has a message for liberals upset over the Texas legislature passing the controversial abortion law that was successfully filibustered just a few weeks ago: Go get a coat hanger. Actually, he didn’t say that, he “merely” tweeted a link to a website with a big sale on coat hangers and wrote, “Dear Liberals, go bookmark this site now:” Apparently, Erickson doesn’t care if a liberal fetus is aborted, it just shouldn’t be done safely and legally.

You may recall that Erickson recently caused quite a stir for his attacks on breadwinner moms. For that, he was raked over the coals by Megyn Kelly in what I still say was a calculated political stunt on behalf of the then-aspiring-to-prime-time host. But as Media Matters points out, Erickson has a long history of sexist comments.

In any event, urging women to go buy hangers begs the question: Does Erickson really care about saving lives or just exerting control over women's reproductive issues? I report, you decide!
