Fox Contributor Erickson: Male Superiority Is Scientific Fact

For the slimiest views on women, the crown has to go to Fox News contributor Erick Erickson. On an already classy Lou Dobbs segment discussing how the growth of female breadwinners spells the dissolution of society, Erickson had the nerve to say that male dominance is scientific fact and that liberals who don’t acknowledge this are “anti-science.”

Erickson’s full comment:

I’m so used to liberals telling conservatives that they’re anti-science. But liberals who defend this and say it is not a bad thing are very anti-science.

When you look at biology, you look at the natural world, the roles of a male and a female in society and in other animals, the male typically is the dominant role. The female, it’s not antithesis, or it’s not competing, it’s a complementary role. We, as people in a smart society, have lost the ability to have complementary relationships in nuclear families, and it’s tearing us apart.

And what I find interesting in the survey is that three quarters of the people in the survey recognized that having moms as the primary breadwinner is bad for kids and bad for marriages. And reality shows us that’s the truth.
