Fox News Cheerleads Todd Palin Endorsement Of Newt Gingrich

Posted by Ellen -7859.80pc on January 10, 2012 · Flag

Greta Van Susteren announced the big endorsement we’ve (not) been waiting for last night: Todd Palin has decided to support Newt Gingrich. That’s right, not Sarah Palin but her husband, Todd, has decided Gingrich is best. Not only that, Greta scored a personal interview for all the deets! File this one under “No Republican Cheerleading Too Trivial For Fox News” along with that Christine O’Donnell endorsement of Mitt Romney.

“Big news out from Alaska tonight!” Van Susteren gushed by way of introducing her interview with Todd.  “So, why did he choose Speaker Gingrich and will his wife follow suit?”

For the record, Gingrich is the most conservative candidate who can beat Obama, Todd Palin thinks. “Newt is a proven reformer” who’s “not afraid to fight for the working man.” No, he’s not speaking for his wife. And yes, he’s glad she decided not to run.

“Why now?” Van Susteren wondered about the timing of Todd Palin’s endorsement.

Well, maybe Van Susteren’s On The Record viewers care.

Todd Palin’s only fame is his marriage to Princess Palin of Alaska. His endorsement of The Newt is worthless as Fool’s Gold.

The 2012 GOP Civil War is getting nastier by the week. It’s so bad, the Fox “News” frauds couldn’t stop it.

This is an opportunity for the masses to take advantage of this turmoil and continue to tell conservatives on the streets that Fox “News” Channel and their talking heads are against their favorite candidate.

Todd Sez

Newtered has three wives under his belt and there’s room for more! It’s a shoo-in (more wives that is).

A. Will this help or hurt Newt?
B. Is it a wasted endorsement because Newt doesn’t stand a chance of winning the nomination, let alone a run against Obama?

If he were to say that he was going to vote for President Obama for his re election on a job well done, then that would be news. That would be like a man bite dog story.

I wonder what percentage of the population actually vote for someone based on the endorsement of a newspaper, politician or a celebrity like we saw with Chuck Norris standing next to Mike Huckabee at every rally he had four years ago?

I’m sure that Todd’s endorsement will net Gingrich at least 1 vote.
Do these ignorant clods from Alaska really believe that their opinion really affects anyone with a 3-digit IQ?

The First Dud’s endorsement sews up the unemployed snowmobiler vote for Pig Newton.
