Given Fox Nation’s obsessive focus on maligning President Obama, it’s hard to think the website posted a story about ghetto tours for any reason other than to race bait. And sure enough, their readers took the bait. (H/T Barbara S.)

Here’s a screen grab of the “new stories” on Fox Nation as of 5/20/13, 10:35 PM ET. The top story (not shown) is about the Oklahoma tornado. But just about every other story underneath it is anti-Obama.

So ask yourself, how does this story fit in? The post, called, NYC Bus Company Offers ‘Ghetto’ Tour, begins with these two paragraphs:

Tourists are crowding onto a Bronx bus tour that promises “a ride through a real New York City ‘GHETTO’ ” — and local politicians are furious.

Three times a week, Real Bronx Tours takes riders — mainly white Europeans and Australians — on a trip that includes stops at food-pantry lines and a “pickpocket” park.

Could the appeal be an opportunity for readers to sound off about minorities and poor people? Check out these comments, most of which are more than 10 hours old, some more than a day old, that have not been removed by any moderator, despite ample time to do so. Check out the "likes," too.
