Who knew Fox News business experts are also experts in fighting ISIS? And World War II! But, hey, they’ve learned the Fox Golden Rule: Blame Obama as much as possible. What else could they need to know?
Fox’s Saturday “business show,” Cashin’ in, spent the first nine minutes of its half hour blaming President Obama for the ISIS threat.
Panelist Jonathan Hoenig – the self-styled “capitalist pig” without a college degree - said the president “uses the term 'ISIL' just because he’s afraid to use the term 'Islam.' If you can’t name the enemy, you can’t defeat it.”
Host Eric Bolling “asked” Juan Williams if Obama is “tone deaf or is he just lost in the woods?”
Hoenig offered up some more of his special terrorism mojo: “We don’t have Japanese Kamikazes now. We don’t have SS storm troopers because we destroyed the enemy. We totally discredited those ideas. I honestly wonder if our current administration would have won World War II, I think we would’ve lost it. We need to take a page out of General Douglas McArthur, no substitute for total victory.”
Panelist Michelle Fields’ only credential – business, ISIS or otherwise – seems to be a conservative mindset. “We’re having ambassadors killed, journalists killed, and this President seems as though this isn’t a big deal at all.”
So, what do you think Fields’ and Hoenig’s next role will be on the Fox News TeeVee? Nuclear bomb experts? Space exploration mavens? Oceanography? So long as they blame Obama, the sky’s the limit!
