Donald Trump just can't quit his sick obsession with Megyn Kelly. After Fox News and a few Fox talking heads have spoken out on her behalf, where are the others?

Despite the strong smack down from Fox News on Friday, Trump continued attacking Kelly on Twitter yesterday and today:

He also lavishly praised some of his supporters on Fox, Jesse Watters and Andrea Tantaros:

I see no rebuffing from either Watters or Tantaros of Trump. Why haven't they let him know they stand with their colleague? Or does "Punch" Tantaros relish the approval from a guy who loves to incite violence, too?

So far, we've found public support from Fox News talking heads Bret Baier, Geraldo Rivera, Brit Hume, Dana Perino and Janice Dean. Where are the others?
